The Space:
This garden view studio combines comfort and thoughtful details to offer you a special stay. Located in a quiet area that balances a modern vibe with a peaceful, secluded feel, it’s the perfect spot to relax and unwind. The open-plan space includes a cozy sleeping area with a comfortable double bed, some essentials for preparing meals (like a stovetop, cookware, a fridge), and a modern bathroom with everything you need.

The studio is air-conditioned to keep you comfortable, and it comes with all the essential amenities to make your vacation easy and enjoyable. The place is secluded, but with a strong feeling of safety.

The space is accessed through the balcony door, and you’ll also have access to the main balcony, which is shared among all the studios.

This location is great for travelers looking for a calm and relaxing break, as well as for those interested in exploring the beautiful landscapes of Koroni. Whether you want to take it easy or discover the area, this studio is a convenient and peaceful place to stay.

Astra Beach Studio 1 is part of a complex of 5 rooms in total. The total area is large, the view from the garden is magnificent as it is right above the sea. Guest gave exclusive access to their studio and main balcony which is shared among the 5 rooms
Guests can walk to the sea in just 5 minutes.

The Neighborhood:
Koroni is a picturesque coastal town in the southwestern Peloponnese, known for its charming harbor, traditional architecture, and the historic Venetian castle that overlooks the sea. Strolling through its narrow cobblestone streets, you’ll find authentic Greek atmosphere everywhere—from the inviting local tavernas to the warm smiles of the residents.

The local beaches of Zaga and Memi stretch for a combined length of around 4 kilometers, offering plenty of space for sunbathing and swimming. Nearby, you’ll also discover the stunning beaches of Chomati, Kantouni, Livadia, and Lachanou, each providing a perfect spot to enjoy the sea and sun.

Within the town, you’ll find supermarkets, bakeries, and various shops to meet your daily needs. Numerous cafés, bars, restaurants, and traditional tavernas are just steps from the sea, creating a lively and welcoming environment. Koroni also hosts a vibrant summer cultural scene, including literature evenings, theatrical performances, boat trips, and sports and music events that captivate visitors and keep the town’s spirit alive throughout the season.

For day trips, consider visiting the charming fishing village of Finikounda (20 km), the historic towns of Methoni (30 km) and Pylos (38 km) with their impressive castles, or the breathtaking Gialova wildlife reserve and famous Voidokilia beach (52 km). Nature lovers will appreciate the waterfalls and lakes of Polilimnio (41 km). Other nearby beaches like Agia Triada (5 km), Peroulia (8 km), Agios Andreas (11 km), and Marathi (18 km) offer even more options for relaxation and swimming. For those interested in ancient Greek history and culture, visits to the Pylos Museum, the archaeological site of Ancient Messene (60 km), and Nestor’s Palace (62 km) promise unforgettable experiences.

Please note that to reach the apartment itself, you’ll need to park your car in the designated parking lot on the beach, approximately 150 meters away. From there, you can choose between two charming pathways that lead you to the apartment’s doorstep, making for a lovely short walk through the town’s beautiful surroundings.

Getting Around:
Thanks to its central location, the apartment is within easy walking distance of Koroni’s main attractions, shops, and tavernas. To fully explore the region’s many beaches and historic sites, having a car is highly recommended.

Please be aware that parking is available at the beach parking lot, about 150 meters from the apartment. From there, you can reach the apartment on foot via two different roads, each offering a pleasant stroll through the neighborhood’s charming atmosphere. This combination of easy walking access and nearby parking ensures that you can enjoy both the town and the wider region at your own pace.

Other Things to Note:
The house is situated on a quiet country road outside of Koroni, making it ideal for those seeking peace and tranquility. While there are no shops nearby, the town center of Koroni is just a short drive away, and you can reach it in as little as 8 minutes by car for all your needs.
The Beach Studios offer smart TVs with Netflix & YouTube access (via your own accounts) for endless entertainment. Local TV channels are not available.

Please note that linen changes are not included during the stay by default, but can be arranged upon request for an additional fee of €15 per person. Fresh towels are available free of charge, also upon request.
