Welcome to Bayshore Resort!

The Bayshore Resort is here to make your stay on the island enjoyable and memorable. Located on the cusp of Lake Erie, this modern waterfront property offers breathtaking views from the comfort of every guest room. This 3-acre property offers relaxing accommodation, while still being within walking distance of all restaurants and local attractions on Put-in-Bay.
The standard 2-queen room has two queen-sized beds and accommodates up to four guests. All second and third floor rooms have a screened balcony with seating, and first-floor rooms have open walk-out patios.

Bayshore Resort guests have full access to all onsite amenities. Take a dip into our two new heated pools, a 30-person jacuzzi spa, and enjoy premium cocktails and other refreshments at our poolside lounge and tiki bar. No matter where you go to relax, you’ll see the sparkling Lake Erie waves in the distance.

The pool is heated and scheduled open Memorial Day to Labor Day. Daily hours are 9AM-9PM.

Daily golf cart and kayak rentals are available with limited quantities and can be reserved in advance on our website.

Please Note: Requests for specific room numbers or locations may be noted on the reservation but are not guaranteed. The hotel no longer books specific room numbers and there are no exceptions.

Please check daily schedules for Jet Express and/or Miller Ferry to arrive on the island. Boat schedules are subject to change based on seasonality and weather conditions. Boat fares are not included with accommodation and must be purchased separately. Bayshore Resort has no affiliation with any island transportation venues.

The beds were very comfortable, and the view was amazing! We were under the impression that because it was a VRBO that it would have the amenities of a typical VRBO, like coffee maker and refrigerator in the room. There was no complimentary coffee in the lobby either. Only for purchase. There was also a tip envelope in the room with the housekeeper's name on it, just like in a hotel, but the room did not get cleaned while we stayed. No linens, trash removal, extra toilet paper, tissues etc.

Getaway

Had a wonderful time and a great place to stay. However did reach out for check in information hours before our trip to get information and clear understanding. Nobody responded to the site had to go to the desk to get the information that was needed on check in process. My card key never worked every time I needed to go to my room I needed to go to the desk to get a new card. Very inconvenience during my stay. Instead of enjoying my stay I was at the desk more than enjoying my time. Employees went to my room several times to fix the door and it seemed to be only a temporarily fix. While my family was enjoying there time at the pool I was fixing my door took my time away from my family. Very frustrating ! Was told I would get a discount for my troubles no more than 50 dollars. Handling the situation the owner should have handled my ongoing problems and resolve my issues never heard or seen the owner. Was the five days and four nights dealing with the room key. Still haven’t heard anything from the team.
