Nestled at the end of a cul-de-sac, this home has the space and features for your group. There are three spacious bedrooms and two full baths. This home can sleep up to ten guests. Upon entry you will find a washer and dryer on your way to the kitchen. The kitchen comes fully functional, ready for you to cook a delicious meal. This is an excellent way to offset some of the costs of your Put-in-Bay adventure. The living area is spacious with comfortable couches and a television with satellite TV service. The dining room is attached to the living room. Here you will find a sliding glass door that exits to the brick patio. Outdoor chairs and a propane grill provide a superb spot for a classic cookout. The rear of the property is flanked by a wooded area for increased privacy and shade. Put-in-Bay has been a premier destination for many years. This is the year that you put an island in your life. When you decide to stay, the Island Club is the place for you. From fully furnished homes to waterfront condos, we have the property for you!
The weekends at Put in Bay Ohio are popular for the nightlife and getting away from the daily work grind without going too far from home. During the week, you can relax and enjoy Put-In-Bay's slower pace in a family friendly atmosphere. With Island Club Rentals, you can visit Put-in-Bay and enjoy your own home and you can even rent a golf cart onsite to get around. We had the best time on the island!! Only thing that was super wierd was that the rental did not come with bath towels or sheets?? and if you wanted said items it was $100. only complaint.

Amazing house, terrible location

House was clean, neighboorhood was nice, sleeping arrangements were perfect. Only downside is that it's about a half hour walk to either the miller ferry or downtown. The taxi service helps, but its still $4 each anytime you need to go anywhere. Overall id say its worth it, but if the taxi were just a bit cheaper itd be perfect.

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The overall experience was very nice but there were a few things that should have been given a little more attention. Our biggest complaint were the floors were really dirty, needed mopped and we found a used tampon behind one of the beds that I refused to clean up. The shower head in the main bath was loose and no towel hooks. The pool was great.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I was very happy with the deal that we received, however when we went into the property it was very shocking. I thought that it was very dirty and not well taking care of. Things that needed to be replaced or fixed did not seem to get done. There was dirt build-up around the sink and floors. The floors were dirty or stained. The shower drains scared me to step on them. Counters and floors were bubbled up and needed to be replaced. Overall I will not look into this resort the next time we visit the island unless something changes. The staff were however, very friendly.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: When we arrived, there was a dirty t-shirt on one of the beds, a dirty towel outside, a broken window covered by cardboard and duct tape and a swarm of flying gnats. The gnats died after a day, and on the 3rd day, maintenance came and cleaned up and fixed the window. Otherwise, the shower was missing a bar and so there were just holes in the wall. It was fine for our purposes, and I've certainly stayed in worse. But just be aware #58 isn't the best of the bunch. Also, know that there is a LOT of partying in the neighborhood, so bring ear plugs.

Reviewer Comments: we had a blast! not enough time on the island would have liked to book it longer than just 2 nights. home was clean just a couple kinks like holes in the wall in closet and a hole in wall in hallway. kitcken drawer was broke/breaking and the paneling was coming apart from the wall in one of the bathroom. we put it back on though was driving me nuts seeing it lol. the only major kink was the cart rental. rented a 6 person cart was delivered an 8 normally i'd be happy except the tail light was out and the turn sigal switch was broken and literily dangling from the stearing wheel. we got another cart however we had like 9 people and my sis ended up renting a cart herself because we could only get a 6 person cart cause by the time it was resolved or would be we needed another cart. unless we wanted to sit at the house most of the vacation waiting for another one. other than that it was awesome we even got to stay later than origonal check out. thank you dotty!!! she's awesome. next time we go though. i hope cart situation is better. need to figure out the double booking issue.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great 2 night stay. Cabin was clean, but bathrooms were old and dingy - need some sprucing up. Night time bugs - ugh!! i know there isn't much to do about them, but each time you opened the door they would swarm in towards the light. Wi-fi was non existent - no one was able to get access even after speaking with the office. Pool was great! And one room had 2 queens - would like to queens in separate rooms, so adults could separate!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I thouroughly enjoyed my stay. I purchased this rental through a groupon rate. If I had paid the regular rate, I would have been dissatisfied with the condition of the home. The drapes, bedding and fixtures are a few decades out of date. Also the couches had a smell of a home with cats. I paid 378 with a golf cart for very spacious accomodations for two nights so I have no complaints with my stay. I would like to stay again but I would not stay at the standard rate without some serious updating. The exterior property was well maintained and the location was great. The bathrooms are in need of immediate attention. I appreciated the swift service of a maintenance person, I can not remember his name. It does seem that the management office is disorganized from my experience, mainly poor communication but the maintenance man solved these problems quickly and in a way that put my girlfreind at ease. He was in his early twenties and had a thick accent, about 6 foot two. I would stay at the regular rate if if this was a fishing destination where I would travel with four or five men. As far as a vacation destination such as Put-in-Bay, in which I would travel with my girlfreind, the house was in bad shape. The condition makes women uncomfortable.

I understand it always sells out but we could have gone to vegas for much less than what we paid there. I don't remember prices being nearly as much in years past.

We were very satisfied the first time, however, this time, it seems the properties were a little run down. Our particular house did not have screens, the refrigerator door shelves were duck taped with some type of plastic that served as the rail. Also, the main bedroom's bathroom was interesting. We still like Island Club, but would like for the houses to be updated and maintained. The location, staff, and price is outstanding. They just need to keep the houses maintained and updated.
