Second bath has exterior door to pool so easy access for changing and showering after the dip in the pool. The 10,000 lb boat lift and jet ski lift may be available for an additional cost if ownerâs boat is not there. However, you are welcome to moor your boat at the dock. The pool can be heated, but additional $25 per day will be charged.
