Located on a deep canal with sailboat access, the home features a heated screened pool, stocked kitchen with stainless appliances, a one‑car garage, and an EV outlet (guests bring their own charging cable). Relax by the pool, in the front garden, or around the fire pit at sunset. Less than a mile to Fisherman’s Village, near Downtown Punta Gorda, Isle Yacht Club, and just 14 minutes from PGD airport.

Needs maintenance

The cage for the pool was missing no hot tub ac was out in the office for a couple days host did fix the situation on ac. Outside furniture was rusted and stained the concrete was stained. Pool had a fixture that was half off. The bedroom mattresses and pad was stained. Shower curtain in large bathroom had not been changed in quite some time. There was a camera in the living room. The location was great and the community was great.

Absolutely perfect!

Our family of 4 stayed here for Spring Break. This house was everything we needed and more. The location is in a quiet canal off a main road making it easy to get to, and close to grocery, gas etc. Also only a mile from Fisherman's village, easily walkable. The house itself is fully stocked with everything you might think you need, the couches and beds so comfy with large tvs in front of all of them. Interior was spotless and beautifully decorated. Honestly I wish we had stayed another week :)

The location was near parks, the harbor, restaurants, shopping area & the downtown. The kitchen was well stocked, beds were excellent, & the house was clean. We expected to have a lanai & use of the pool, but were disappointed when we arrived to find no lanai. The street traffic in front of the house is very busy.

Well appointed mid-mod house on canal. Third bedroom/office okay for short stay. Master bath tight but suffice. Kitchen & gas BBQ grill great for meal prep. Nice front courtyard and beautiful canal view with great outdoor living space. Nice outdoor pool.
