For those who love boating,nature,water,fishing and don’t want to be stuck in traffic - Port Charlotte provides an alternative to the waterfront communities in Miami,Ft.Lauderdale and West Palm Beach. Plus you can fish for snook,redfish,tarpon,grouper,spotted sea trout,stone and blue crabs and many more. You can also enjoy watching dolphins in their natural habitat from the backyard of your vacation home.

Boca Grande,Venice,Englewood,Siesta Key,Fort Myers,Naples,St. Petersburg and many more. Siesta Key beach - number one beach in the US is just 45 mins away. Just a “ bridge “ away from Punta Gorda.

Our property has been recently fully renovated. This quaint, large private pool 4 bedroom/ 3.5 bath home offers space and comfort and amazing water views. Enjoy the morning sunrise drinking coffee / tea, listening to the sounds of the nature around the large pool. In order to watch a breathtaking sunset,dolphins, do some fishing,or to get nice Florida tan you can use our outdoor patio with lounge chairs and umbrella.
If you decide to make some food at home ( ideal for families on budget ) we offer a brand new fully equipped kitchen with modern custom made cabinets,high end quartz countertops and appliances. Also the view from the kitchen,dining room and family / living room is simply stunning. Preparing a meal will be a pleasure.
All 4 bedrooms have comfy queen size beds. 8 sleeps in total ( including children).
3 bedrooms / 2.5 baths are located on east side of the house - main bedroom and bath is located on the west side of the property. It makes it easier if you want / need some privacy from other guests.

This was absolutely the best Verbo rental I’ve ever stayed in over the years. Beata, the host was so responsive with anything that you needed, there were beautiful surprises when we walked into the door, which was so welcoming, the place itself is amazing, great fishing, great pool, and just absolutely gorgeous atmosphere. I loved this place we stayed for eight days and never even left to go to the beach. Best vacation ever we will be back.

Perfection!

This was the most beautiful place we have rented yet through Vrbo! From the amenities to the interior design everything was wonderful! Our hosts were very easy to work with, answered questions quickly and made sure our stay was perfect. Beds were extremely comfortable, plenty of towels, appliances were state of the art, and they had plenty of supplies for cooking at the house. The pool was wonderful and overlooked the canal. They had chairs for laying outside alongside the canal (which we saw plenty of fish, manatee and other sea life) and even some kayaks. We can’t wait to stay here again!

We enjoyed a wonderful 3-week holiday at this beautiful home. Property is exactly as listed and has everything you could ever imagine needing during your stay. We stayed over Valentine's Day and we were greeted with roses, chocolates and fruit as a welcome package from the hosts. We felt very safe and enjoyed the water views. Home is in close proximity to everything we wanted to experience in the area. Beata & Mario are wonderful hosts and very easy to communicate with via text.

Fantastic!

Everything was perfect and the gift of flowers, chocolates, wine and fruit was so thoughtful! Beata and Mario were great to communicate with and she even managed our Instacart delivery so we didn’t have to grocery shop after arriving. The accommodations were very comfortable and the views were beautiful!

Wonderful New Year’s Holiday

We had a wonderful vacation at this property! The house is lovely — clean, modern and updated, and well appointed. The setting is fantastic. Great views of the bay from inside and out. Our kids loved the pool, and the owners accommodated our requests to increase the temperature for your young boys. We really had a wonderful time and would recommend this property to others (and already have!).
