We had an amazing one week stay at Palma Azul! Daniella was so responsive to all my questions about the area and responded in minutes. The condo was perfect, clean, spacious and felt like a quiet getaway from the beach clubs. The pool was perfect and relaxing. We drove the golf cart to beach clubs and also into town and felt safe. The town is authentic and welcoming, highly recommend. The chefs hat Daniella suggested also coooked for us in the condo 2 nights and were delicious and beyond what we expected. 5 stars and the cleaners were amazing too. One cleaner was even bleaching all my boys socks for me and putting in the sun to dry. Everyone went above and beyond. My 11 year old used the bunk room. It’s tiny and perfect for kids with it’s own small bathroom. The other 2 rooms are very spacious and great bathrooms/storgae. Laundry on site and a stocked kitchen made everything very easy. We will be back

This place is spectacular. We have stayed within the gates at Punta Mita twice, and I will say there is nothing like it. The beauty, freedom, safety- all perfection. This condo is gorgeous and thoughtfully decorated. 10 out of 10 in every way.

Great location and welcoming home!

This was our 1st time in Punta Mita and we had a wonderful time! The property is modern and comfortable, we stayed with 2 families (4 adults, 2 teen boys and a 10yo) and had just about enough space. PROS_Modern, updated, upscale decor_Purified water cooler in kitchen, but you have to pay for the 5gal bottle_Lovely, quiet pool_Chips, salsa & guac on arrival!_Beautiful view, great location_Great golf and running trails around PM_Golf cart rental is extra/day but worth it if you don't rent a car_Good wifi but often doesn't reach to primary bedroom (fine for us)CONS_Couple maintenance issues with the property. The dishwasher wasn't properly installed so crews came a couple days to fix._Air conditioner in the bunk room pumped out a bad smell. Crew came to fix, but just used spray. Smell came back when turned on. We didn't use the bunk room, it was too tight for our teen boys so they slept on the couch._We filled out the "pre-arrival" grocery list. Unfortunately the concierge Daniella didn't fulfill our request. We took the golf cart into town and went shopping. She apologized the next morning and offered to shop, but by then we had already gotten our own supplies. Very easy to go to town._We also filled out a special celebration request but a cake never came. Totally fine, but just don't bother with the pre-arrival checklist._Before check-in, you have to send a copy of your passport to the concierge, for the HOA. I blacked out the numbers and that was ok.

Perfect Family Vacation Spot

This unit was the perfect spot for our family. Convenient, central location to the beach clubs, golf course, tennis/fitness area and to numerous restaurants in town. We loved the large back patio overlooking Pacifico golf course. The owner and concierge are very friendly and responsive. This was the second time we have rented this unit and will continue to do so as long as it’s available!

Beautiful PM condo

We had a wonderful time at Elisa's condo. We've stayed in Las Terrazas before but this was an even better experience. The patio has a wonderful view for sunrise and sunset, and the community is conveniently located within the gates between all the best beach clubs. The golf cart fit our group perfectly, and the concierge and housekeeping did a great job for us each day! We definitely did not want to leave. Best stay in Punta Mita so far.

Dream Vacation

We had one of our best family vacations ever here. This condo is perfect for a family- location, layout, pool, patio, kitchen, etc
 Daniella our concierge was incredibly responsive and helpful. We rented the golf cart with the unit and it was perfect for visiting the many beach clubs in the area. We will absolutely be back next year!

Wonderful winter break

My family and I recently returned from a blissful 5 day stay at this property and had a wonderful time. We were joined by our great family friend and her three year old daughter. There was plenty of space for everyone to spread out, and we had a fantastic time at the beach clubs, especially the St. Regis and the Kappuri clubs. The golf cart was a huge bonus and we hope to return again sooner versus later.

Lovely Condo

We loved our time here over Thanksgiving week. Pretty and comfortable furnishings all around, and a well-stocked kitchen. The huge deck is fabulous. The bunk room is a bit tight for taller/larger people, but there’s lots of great common space. A perfect home base in Punta Mita!

This condo is amazing!!! Elisa has literally thought of everything! She had a sweet note and gift for us when’s arrived. She even had beach bags in the closets for us to use! Beautifully decorated and very comfortable! Highly recommend renting their condo.

Vacation Stay

Spacious condo with wonderful outside terraces providing views of the morning sunrise and evening sunset. Concierge and housekeeping were excellent, very attentive, and helped make our vacation very relaxing. This condo has a great location, close to town, tennis, golf and many of the beaches. Access to all four beach clubs added a lot of variety to our trip. We will come back!

Great stay!

We stayed at Elisa's beautiful condo over New Year's with three teenagers. The accuracy of the listing was top notch-the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed, the beds were super comfortable, and we had enough space to spread out. It was easy to communicate with Elisa and she was very gracious about an accident we had with the glass cover of her stove. We would definitely stay here again!

Relaxing Punta Mita vacation

Quiet, serene, cozy and conveniently located to restaurants and wonderful beaches. The concierge Daniella was so helpful and accommodating and took great care of our family of 5 by making all our dinner reservations and scheduling activities. Great vacation!

Amazing & relaxing adventure in Punta Mita

From the time we arrived we felt taken care of by the staff. There was a fabulous big bowl of fresh handmade guacamole and chips that hit the spot after a day of travel. The location and residence were exactly what we expected and then some. The expansive outdoor area was really nice and we enjoyed our evening margaritas while watching the sunset on many a night. Having use of the golf cart was an added bonus that we were happy to pay a bit more for. Being mobile from the moment we arrived was really nice. We popped down to one of the beach clubs and got our vacation started right away. The residence was clean, well decorated with art and the pay it forward liquor cabinet was another lovely unexpected perk that made us feel like being in a home instead of a hotel. The beds were very comfortable and the daily cleaning service was a real treat. Every day we came back to a tidy home and that added to the relaxation of our stay. The kitchen was fully supplied for all our needs and made daily living seamless, just like we were home. The WiFi was solid and there were no issues even with long zoom business calls. I'm sure there is more that I am missing. The overall experience by all of us that stayed there was a 10 out of 10. We will be returning here again. This location is truly wonderful and reasonably priced. Respectfully, Michael

Beautiful family vacations

We had an amazing time!. We enjoyed the house a lot. In the kitchen you can find ANYTHING that you may need. Super comfortable spaces for reading, hanging and having a good time. The house is decorated in a lovely way, like straight out from a magazine. And everything looks brand new. The pool is gorgeous as well and a lot of fun for the kids. Will definitely go back again soon.
