The Space:
Our units are equipped with fundamental elements and amenities that will allow you to enjoy your stay, such as beach towels, linens, appliances and basic kitchen utensils. Cleaning is guaranteed before your arrival to make you feel as comfortable as at home.
The accommodation is designed with a fresh and modern style, creating the perfect atmosphere to enjoy in a cozy environment.
Del Mar Boutique Accommodation works to provide you with the best service and a personalized stay, with an operational and customer service team that will be attentive to your satisfaction at all times.
The rate shown per night, is the base price, which integrates *1 to 2 guests, from the next guest this will generate a different cost of approximately 30 dlls per person per night. *
The final cost may vary depending on the number of nights, number of guests and date of reservation.
The apartment has a capacity of guests
The maximum capacity of the unit integrates adults, children and babies, since according to the rules of the condominium all count equally.
The platform as such does not charge for babies under 2 years old, nor does it count them in the total capacity, so we ask that you personally take this into account to avoid misunderstandings when you arrive at the condominium.
Guest Access:
Important Note: If you book after 9 p.m. the day before your arrival or the same day of your check-in, the apartment will be available for you from 6 p.m. onwards.
It is very important that you provide us with the names of all guests and their estimated time of arrival at least 24 hours prior to their arrival. Otherwise, the condominium may restrict access, and unfortunately Del Mar cannot be held responsible for such a situation.
Check In is done at the security booth.
Before your arrival we will send you the information with your letter and regulations.
The Staff will be able to receive you from 3:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m. but it is necessary that you confirm your arrival time in advance (if you need to check in after this time please contact your host).
*Check In time for reservations made on the day of arrival will be from 6:00 pm onwards.
Check-out: 11:00 a.m. Remember to turn off the AC before your departure and notify your host.
Other Things to Note:
Important Note: We perform fumigations before and after each reservation. However, due to the characteristics of the natural environment and the tropical climate of Vallarta, it is possible that some insects may appear during your stay. We offer additional fumigations free of charge during your stay if necessary.
Important note: In this unit, we do not currently offer the oil, salt and pepper products, even though they appear in the description. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
Important note: We are not responsible for lost or forgotten items in the accommodation.
The maximum capacity of the unit includes adults, children and babies, since the condominium rules and regulations, all count equally, even babies. In order for your stay to be 5-star, it is necessary that you take into account the following information:
-IMPORTANT: We would like to remind you that it is vitally important not to dispose of any paper in the toilet, even if it is toilet paper.
As an alternative, we have provided garbage bags so that you can dispose of the paper safely. Please cooperate with us to keep our drainage system in good condition and avoid future mishaps.
-The amenities provided are for the sustenance of a single night.
-The barbecue is under availability, reserving 24 hours in advance.
-The basic kitchen utensils provided are tools, not supplies.
-No change of linens during your stay.
-Parking is for one car only: Only one parking space is granted per accommodation, so we suggest you consider it beforehand.
-Pets are not allowed: It is forbidden to bring pets inside the facilities or accommodation.
-The capacity of the accommodation counts babies, children and adults alike.
-Guests are not allowed by administrative regulation of the complex, so any income requested will be processed with extra guest cost, as long as it is within the capacity.
-The amenities that the condominium has, such as lounge chairs, beach palapas and the pool area, are not under the administration and responsibility of Del Mar Boutique Accommodation.
-Due to the nature of the destination it is common that on the beach you will find small mosquitoes called gnats that cause bites, we recommend you to use repellent to avoid any discomfort, their bite is harmless but can cause itching.
-The cleaning fee covers before and after your stay, it does not include any cleaning or laundry service during your stay. If you need extra cleaning service or have any questions or requests, you can let us know through the platform.
-The apartment is equipped with all the linens such as bedspreads, sheets, bath and beach towels, necessary for your stay.
-The kitchen is also equipped with the basic kitchen utensils: plates, glasses, cups and cutlery. You will also find it equipped with some kitchen appliances such as coffee maker, microwave, toaster, etc.
-Due to the nature of the destination, the electricity consumption that we include, is analyzed by the vacation season in which you make your reservation and the number of rooms in your unit, so you will be sent the total kw that will include your stay when your reservation is confirmed.
Each excess KW will have an additional cost of $5 pesos.
The balance comes from the initial and final meter reading.
