Loved every minute!

This property and the resort area of Punta Mita are a dream! The condo was clean, neat and spacious. We loved the concierge and all of her help and suggestions!!!!! Any time we had a question or issue she was right there to help.

Highly recommend!

Our friends had stayed here before and recommended the property for our trip. It is PERFECT! The rental INCLUDES a golf cart now which is a necessity. As-is the included access to all beach clubs. The concierge, Azucena, was incredibly helpful - even arranged for our Covid tests at the Condo. The unit is spacious, clean, modern, and has beautiful views. I can't wait to return. (The beds could use some memory foam mattress toppers, but that is only feedback).

This condo is located inside the gates of Punta Mita with a view of the golf course. The unit is clean, well-equipped and has a large amount of outdoor space. I would stay there again.

Such a great place!

Always a treat!

We love this property! Zaira was very helpful and flexible with coordinating things. Aida cooked brunch and was delightful. We will be back!!! The only thing we wish is that they had a golf cart...staying inside the gates without one is not easy and most people coming from the states won’t necessarily rent a car. Otherwise, perfection!!!

Punta Mita Condo

We returned to Punta Mita again, but hadn't stayed in this particular condo complex. Evidently it was re-done several years ago. It's really nice, convenient (middle of the overall Punta Mita complex), kept up nicely, wonderful housekeeper (Gryzelda), and reasonably priced. It would be an ideal place to stay with a couple of families, it's set up perfectly for kids. And, it has the premier membership to the beach clubs, which for us is very important so we can spend time at several different beaches during our trip.

Beautiful home, it was perfect for our family vacation

We had such a wonderful time in Punta Mita. The condo was perfect. Plenty of space and although we only had a group of 5 the villa could have easily housed so many more! The pool just downstairs is beautiful and the beach clubs made taking the kids to the beach so easy. I was told by the property manager/Concierge Fernanda that all we needed to do was land in Puerto Vallarta and the rest was taken care of. She was spot on, they had everything ready for us upon arrival. Fernanda set up whatever we desired from Golf cart rentals, restaurant recommendations, reservations, and anything else we needed. We experienced our best family vacation yet and can’t wait to go back.

Beautiful property inside the gates with access to all the amenities of Punta Mita!

We stayed here without teenage kids and some of their friends...this home has plenty of room and could easily accommodate 2 families. It is newer & very comfortable (and beautiful, overlooking the golf course!) We did not use the pool at Terrazas, but rented a golf cart for our stay to access the various beach clubs & town. Each beach club was enjoyable for different reasons - Kapuri for its beauty, though it is more of a 'scene', the Residents' Club for its great surf break and snorkeling nearby and Sufi for its quiet atmosphere and gorgeous vistas. We hired a cook to prepare brunch each day and she was AMAZING - the food was spectacular and she even helped us do strawberry pancakes and decorations for a birthday boy! You have to pay for the extras here (cook & golf cart) & you don't have views of the ocean, but this is still a very nice, beautiful condo that is a good value inside the gates. We will definitely stay here again!!

Fabulous Unit inside the Gates

We are just ending a week-long stay at this condo unit. The pictures don't do this place justice. The unit is spacious, clean, updated, with rustic modern furnishing and lives up to the mid-century modern design element of indoor-outdoor living. The unit has two full bedrooms, one with a king bed, the other with two queen beds. The two bedrooms have wrap around balconies, with wall to wall glass doors that can be opened up fully. Essentially the rooms are flanked with light, as is the main living area and kitchen/dining area. The outdoor balcony is huge, with ample seating for a small party. [The only thing missing is a grill!!] There is a kids room, with plenty of books and games for young kids, and bunk beds that can sleep up to six kids. There's a small au pair/nanny room as you enter the unit. The unit comes with regular cleaning service. The staff, starting from top down, were amazing to work with. We needed several changes to our original plan due to weather and a desire to extend out stay (because we were enjoying the stay so much), and Santiago worked with us on both ends--we ended up coming early and leaving late. He was gracious enough to help us, without taking advantage of us. Overall, I highly recommend this unit. With the concierge service, everyday housekeeping all the essentials a home needs and more, this place is really home away from home. We hope to be back again soon, with more friends.

Great unit, good service, low beds.

The condo is very nice. Good quality furnishings and the concierge was very helpful. We rented a golf cart for one day and it was brought to us. Unfortunately it had a bad battery and we got stranded for a while, but the concierge Mariela helped us out again. We have only 2 real complaints. 1.) The height of the low beds in the second bedroom. They were quite awkward to get out of, so avoid that room if you have any mobility issues. 2.) It was quite chilly in the unit. We tried to adjust the AC units up to 30 degrees, but they kept resetting to 24 or below. Thanks for a good quick vacation!

Great Condo!

All very new and fresh looking. Tons of space for our family of 6....could have easily slept 10+ people. Great location. Access to the beach club is crucial....can't beat it. Highly recommend this place for a great family vacation.
