Welcome to Villa Llamas, a warm and elegant five-bedroom retreat nestled inside Punta Mita’s exclusive Porta Fortuna community. Just steps from Sufi Beach Club, this stylish villa offers a perfect balance between relaxed coastal living and modern luxury — with spacious indoor-outdoor areas, daily service, and access to Punta Mita’s premier golf and beach clubs.

From the moment you step inside, Villa Llamas welcomes you with an atmosphere of comfort and connection. The open design fills the home with natural light and gentle breezes, blending soft tones, natural wood, and elegant furnishings. The expansive terrace overlooks the lush golf course, featuring a serene private pool, comfortable loungers, and a shaded outdoor dining area — the perfect setting for lazy mornings and sunset gatherings.



Start your day with breakfast prepared by our cook, then explore Punta Mita’s beaches and clubs by golf cart. Spend your afternoons by the pool, and as the day winds down, enjoy a glass of wine while the sky glows over the fairways. Every detail has been considered to make your stay peaceful, effortless, and memorable.

Beautiful Home!

We had the most amazing stay! The house was spotless, beautifully updated, and it felt like our own luxury resort. The location couldn’t have been better, and we loved starting our mornings with the delicious breakfasts that Brenda prepared. Overall, the entire staff was warm, attentive, and incredibly helpful. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful Brand New Villa - Steps from Sufi

We stayed at this property and were amazed by everything - we've come to Punta Mita for years and this was our best stay yet.Starting with the villa, you have two massive master suites, along with two other extremely spacious rooms, both with en-suite bathrooms. We didn't need the fifth bedroom but it's a perfect set up for additional capacity (large bunk beds with a private bathroom). The unit was just finished within the last month, and everything felt brand new. All of the furniture was from high quality designers (and boy was the couch comfortable), and opening the living room doors to have an indoor/outdoor environment allowed us to take full advantage of the Punta Mita weather. Brand new flatscreen smart TVs allowed us to watch whatever movies and shows we wanted.Edith (housekeeper) comes every day and cleans the rooms/villa, does laundry, and will also make anything you want...from breakfast burritos or chilaquiles, to simple scrambled eggs, quesadillas, salads. She was incredibly sweet and helped make our stay extra special.The villa has a 6 person golf cart which made it easy to access all of the amenities Punta Mita has to offer. We were also able to play golf at the two courses, as this villa has a golf membership which grants visitors access to using the course (albeit for a fee). Sufi, our favorite beach club, is a 5 minute walk (get the burger).Thank you for everything, and we will be back soon!

Thank you Bob and Kim for such a wonderful stay in Punta Miya. We’ve been to PM many times before but this was by far my favorite property. Everything is BRAND NEW.Highlights: ‱Comfortable beds with excellent linensStylish and great pool and grill area‱Edith - made the best breakfast and quesadillas!! A dream‱ Great location - walking distance to Sufi Beach Club (get the tacos gobernador), a quick golfcart to tons of other beach clubs and pools, easy access to get into town.‱Massive bedrooms with tons of closet space.‱Private pool and hot tub, large indoor/outdoor living area‱Showers are massive and even has outdoor showerCan’t wait to come back and enjoy this luxurious family home again!

Luxurious Punta Mita Villa with Ocean Views, Golf Cart, and Exceptional Amenities

This stunning Punta Mita villa exceeded all expectations! Beautiful designer furnishings and brand-new decor made the space feel luxurious and well-maintained. The home features a washer and dryer, which is a huge plus for extended stays, and the layout allows for plenty of sleeping arrangements without ever feeling cramped—perfect for larger groups.The gated community in Punta Mita provided a safe and serene atmosphere without the hustle of large resorts. Plus, there’s a second private gate to access the exclusive Porta Fortuna area, adding even more privacy.We loved the breathtaking ocean views from the second floor and the easy access to the golf course, which made it ideal for golfers in our group. The included golf cart comfortably seats six, making trips around the area super convenient.Edith, the housekeeper, was a wonderful bonus—she was incredibly helpful, kept everything spotless, and even made delicious meals for us! The booking process was seamless, and the rental company maintained excellent communication throughout.This property is perfect for families, groups, or anyone looking for a luxurious and relaxing Punta Mita escape! Espacioso y Sereno

He viajado a Punta Mita durante años y realmente disfruté esta casa. La casa es NUEVA y estå en increíbles condiciones. La decoración y el mobiliario eran luminosos y tropicales. De hecho, cancelamos las reservas para cenar en la ciudad para hacer una parrillada junto a la piscina de la casa. Las habitaciones son muy amplias. Mi parte favorita fue la distancia al club de playa Sufi que tenía un excelente quesadilla de vistec. La propiedad cuenta con un carrito de golf, pero la comodidad de caminar hasta el club de playa es una ventaja adicional. Ubicado en Porta Fortuna y dentro de las puertas. Fåcil paseo en carrito de golf de 10 minutos hasta la ciudad, el gimnasio y las canchas de tenis. Edith, la ama de llaves, prepara desayunos deliciosos en especial los chilaquiles SUPER RECOMENDADOS.
