OTHER THINGS TO NOTE

To arrange community access cards before your arrival, please send copies of the passports/IDs for all guests in your group. This allows us to have your access cards ready at check-in. You may also be asked to show an ID at the gate the first time you enter the community.

For hygiene reasons, we do not provide snorkeling equipment.

We can also arrange a variety of optional services to elevate your stay (subject to availability and additional fees):

▪︎ Private chef service – USD 185 per day (includes preparation of 3 meals: breakfast, lunch, and dinner). We can also handle grocery shopping for you. A 20% service fee applies to bills over USD 500; for smaller amounts, a flat USD 100 fee applies.
▪︎ Airport transfers to/from Punta Cana International (PUJ) or Santo Domingo (SDQ).
▪︎ In-villa spa treatments.
▪︎ Private excursions (catamaran, snorkeling, fishing, zip lines, and more).
▪︎ Commercial photo/video shoots (must be approved in advance).

By booking, you agree to the following:

*Primary Residence Requirement – You maintain a primary residence that is different from the address of this accommodation.
*Temporary Stay Only – Your stay is for short-term or mid-term lodging only; the villa is not intended for permanent residence.
*Guest–Host Relationship – This reservation does not create a landlord–tenant relationship. It is a guest–host stay governed by hospitality rules and house policies.



HOUSE RULES

Check-in: after 03:00 PM
Check-out: 11:00 AM unless otherwise agreed in advance with the property administration

1.⁠ ⁠If you have any questions or doubts upon arriving at the property, please make sure to ask my check-in assistant or me during check-in. We are happy to answer any questions you might have.

2.⁠ ⁠It is prohibited to throw paper into the toilet. There is a particular trash bin nearby.

3.⁠ ⁠Air conditioners (ACs) should be used only with closed doors and windows. Using them with open doors and/or windows may cause overload, overheating, and failure.

4.⁠ ⁠Maintenance and repair personnel can provide any repair services from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm. Please let me know whenever you need help with any inconveniences or damages.

5.⁠ ⁠Hosting parties (without prior permission), holding events, making excessive noise, or playing loud music is prohibited. Quiet hours are enforced in the residence from 10:00 PM to 9:00 AM. If this rule is violated and more than 10 people are in the house for an event, a $5,000 penalty will apply.

6. Maids work from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.

7.⁠ ⁠Early check-in and late check-out are charged extra, depending on the time. Please let me know your arrival and departure hours in advance.

8.⁠ ⁠No extra overnight guests. Please stick to the number of people stated in your booking.

9.⁠ ⁠Storing or using any illegal substances or drugs on the property is strictly forbidden.

10.⁠ ⁠Not suitable for pets unless otherwise approved in advance by the property management. A $500 fee will be charged.

11.⁠ ⁠Smoking is only allowed on the balcony or outside. Smoking weed and other drugs is strictly prohibited in the apartment and on the residence's territory. We respect other tenants and take care of the property. A $500 cleaning fee will be charged to any guest who violates the smoking policy.

12.⁠ ⁠Guests are responsible for any damage to the property during their stay unless such damage has been inflicted by forces of nature or other forces beyond the guest's control.

13.⁠ ⁠The Host accepts no liability for any valuables or objects left unattended or left in the safe box for any loss, accident, personal injury, medical expenses, or property damage caused by individual negligence or any other circumstances out of the direct control of the Host. The Host is not responsible for possible consequences of force major circumstances or any damage or death caused by such.

14. Please be aware that during international holidays (such as New Year, Semana Santa, Christmas, and other national celebrations), loud music may be played, sometimes extending late into the night or early morning hours. As long as it complies with local laws, we cannot prohibit it, and we thank you for your understanding.

15.⁠ ⁠You agree that any claim or dispute whatsoever that you may have against me, the Host, or any of my employees resulting from any event occurring in the Dominican Republic shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Dominican Republic.

16.⁠ ⁠Any cancellations are made according to the reservation and cancellation policy. Please pay attention to the cancellation policy for this property. An anticipated check-out is not subject to refund (neither partial nor total).
