The space
Welcome to my penthouse! You'll love the comfort and spaciousness of this place. With two levels and one bedroom, a living room equipped with a 70-inch TV and a sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, two terraces, and two bathrooms, you'll have everything you need to feel at home. Additionally, you can enjoy the residential facilities, including a spacious shared pool area. And let's not forget, we're just steps away from one of the best beaches in the area, Playa El Cortecito!

Yes, you will have exclusive access to the entire property, so you can feel at home and enjoy the privacy of our wonderful Pent House in the heart of Bavaro.
Other things to note
The PH has two levels, on the first you will find a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, a work area, a bedroom with a queen size bed and a bathroom, as well as a balcony. On the second level it has a living room area with a 70-inch television and a sofa bed, an additional bathroom and a terrace so you can enjoy the Caribbean climate.

The residential has a spectacular pool area and is located just steps from El Cortecito beach, where you can enjoy a wide variety of restaurants and bars.

You will get all the activities very close to the residential area.

-ELECTRICITY

The electricity service is paid separately and is NOT included in the rent. We will take an electric meter reading at check-in and check-out and then calculate the cost of energy based on consumption. The air conditioning is the equipment that consumes the most electricity inside the apartment, in this sense we send a list of electricity consumption considering a normal use of said equipment:

• 1 room $5 to $10 dollars per day.

• 2 rooms $8 to $15 dollars per day.

• 3 rooms $11 to $20 dollars per day.

We will require a cash deposit ranging from $50 to $200 upon arrival, depending on the number of nights booked.

The pick-up service at the airport has a cost of 45 dollars each way and if you want the round trip you will have a special price of 80 dollars.
