LOCATION:

Las Palmas 15 is located at the exclusive Cap Cana Resort in Punta Cana, the Dominican Republic.

Cap Cana is a large, gated resort & residential community with 24-hour gated entrance and security. This is one of the premier resorts in the Dominican Republic and a favorite luxury destination for discerning travelers and celebrities worldwide, not to mention a popular filming location for Hollywood and Netflix movies. Cap Cana stands as a premier destination that offers an array of luxurious amenities, pristine beaches, and world-class facilities that create an idyllic setting for travelers seeking both relaxation and adventure.

The resort offers a wide array of amenities, including Juanillo Beach, considered one of the Caribbean's finest, and Api Beach Club at the marina. Additionally, you can enjoy Punta Espada, an oceanside golf course designed by Jack Nicklaus, renowned for its excellence. Other attractions include restaurants, bars, beach clubs, tennis and paddle courts, Lago Azul with kayaks and paddleboards, an equestrian center and polo club, running and walking paths, and the El Dorado Water Park (opened in 2024). The resort also features mini markets, a large marina with restaurants and bars, a casino, shops, fitness centers, and more. For those looking to explore beyond the resort, the Puntacana Shopping Village and Blue Mall Puntacana are conveniently located just outside the property.

Punta Cana Airport (PUJ) is located right close to the resort - 8 kilometers or about 5 miles from the resort’s entrance, and Santo Domingo Airport (SDQ) is about a 3-hour drive away.

NOTE: You’ll have a golf touring cart included with the villa rental for transportation around the resort.

THE SPACE:

Las Palmas 15 is a new 4-bedroom, 4 1/2 bath, 2-story contemporary villa (built in 2022-2023) with a screened-in terrace and pool.

The interior of the villa has a clean and modern feel. The decor is kept in a contemporary, minimalist style with simple decor, mostly white furniture combined with pops of color to brighten up the space. This villa is a place where you’ll feel very relaxed and comfortable.

When you come into the villa, the space welcomes you with heigh ceilings, and a beautiful, open living- and dining space. The comfortable living room has a large sofa with two chaises, an 86-inch smart TV, and a cozy sitting area. The room flows seamlessly together with the dining area with a beautiful dining table and white chairs.

The spacious kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials for cooking your favorite meals. Additionally, you have the option to hire a private chef ($) who will expertly prepare all your meals during your stay, allowing you to unwind and savor every moment of your vacation (food and beverages not included).

In case you can't entirely escape work during their getaway, the villa features a dedicated home office complete with a spacious desk and four comfortable office chairs, ensuring you can stay productive without sacrificing comfort or style.

Enjoy the spacious outdoor area with a covered terrace, which spans the width of the villa, and a private pool area. This space is screened-in with a custom-built mosquito screen (a Florida-style screen) to keep the mosquitoes and bugs outside – as long as you keep the screen doors closed!

The backyard is a lush, tropical landscape with large trees to give you maximum privacy – this is your oasis!

The large terrace is a comfortable space with an outdoor BBQ area, dining area, TV lounge with 86-inch TV, Sonos speakers, and a pool table. Whenever you need to cool off, you can step into the pool or Jacuzzi directly from the terrace.

NOTE: The villa also has a garage, which is not accessible or available during the rental.

THE BEDROOMS:

Las Palmas 15 has 4 bedrooms – 2 downstairs and 2 upstairs.

Bedroom 1 (downstairs): The primary suite with 1 King bed, air-conditioning, TV, closet, ensuite bathroom with two showers, and access to the terrace and pool area. NOTE: The primary suite has a walk-in closet, which is not accessible or available during the rental.

Bedroom 2 (downstairs) with 1 King bed, air-conditioning, TV, closet, ensuite bathroom with shower, and a private terrace.

Bedroom 3 (upstairs) with 2 Twin beds (can be converted into 1 King bed with a comfortable top mattress), air-conditioning, TV, closet, ensuite bathroom with shower, and a private balcony.

Bedroom 4 (upstairs) with 2 Twin beds (can be converted into 1 King bed with a comfortable top mattress), air-conditioning, TV, closet, ensuite bathroom with shower, and a private balcony.

VILLA STAFF:

Chef: Your private Spanish-speaking chef will prepare breakfast, lunch, and dinner to be enjoyed at the villa (groceries are not included). The chef may reside on the property in a separate living area.

Housekeeper: The Spanish-speaking housekeeper will clean the villa, make the beds, and wash towels and linens (usually every 3rd day). We do not offer personal laundry service. The housekeeper may reside on the property in a separate living area.

Villa Manager: You’ll also have an English- and Spanish-speaking villa manager available during your stay. This is your go-to person for any questions or if you need any services that you haven’t booked before your arrival. The villa manager will greet you when you arrive at the villa, check you in, and will be available daily throughout your entire stay.
