LOCATION:

Hacienda 51 is located at the exclusive Puntacana Resort & Club in Punta Cana, the Dominican Republic. The villa is located at La Cana golf course (Hacienda) with a view of the lake and golf course.

The resort is home to 2 oceanside golf courses (Corales by Tom Fazio and La Cana by P.B. Dye), luxury hotels, The Spa, the Oscar de la Rental tennis center (tennis, paddle, and pickleball courts), an equestrian center & polo club, pristine beaches and beach clubs, nature trails and freshwater lagoons, fantastic restaurants, and more. If you want to go off property to explore the local area, the Puntacana Shopping Village and Blue Mall Puntacana are located just outside the resort.

Punta Cana Airport (PUJ) is located right next to the resort - 1 kilometer or less than 1 mile from the resort’s entrance, and Santo Domingo Airport (SDQ) is about a 3-hour drive away.

NOTE: You’ll have a golf touring cart included with the villa rental for transportation around the resort.

THE SPACE:
Hacienda 51 is a spacious 5-bedroom, 5 1/2 bath, 2-story villa with a large backyard and lawn that goes down to the lake. NOTE: The lake may not be used for any recreational activities such as swimming, boating, etc.

Enter through the grand entrance adorned with striking white double doors and step into the sophisticated living room, featuring multiple cozy seating areas. Open the patio doors to access the covered terrace, swimming pool, and the surrounding pool deck.

The indoor dining room provides a comfortable setting to enjoy your meals. There is a small terrace on the side of the dining room, which is perfect for serving a pre-dinner snack or cocktail. You can also open the terrace doors facing the pool area and enjoy a casual meal poolside.

The spacious kitchen is fit for a private cook – AND this villa includes a cook who will prepare all of your meals at the villa (food & beverages are not included)!

Relax and enjoy a good movie or your favorite show in the TV room, which has comfortable leather sofas with individual reclining seats.

Hacienda 51 offers a relaxed vibe with all the comforts of home and is a great place to spend quality time with your family & friends.

The villa also has a lakefront deck, which is perfect if you want a quiet place to sit and relax and enjoy the view of the lake.

Hacienda 51 has 5 bedrooms - 4 bedrooms upstairs and 1 bedroom downstairs.

Bedroom 1 (upstairs): The primary suite with 1 King bed, air-conditioning, a sofa, TV, closet, ensuite bathroom with shower and double vanity, and a private balcony overlooking the pool, backyard, and lake.

Bedroom 2 (upstairs) with 1 King bed, air-conditioning, TV, walk-in closet, ensuite bathroom with shower, and a balcony overlooking the pool, backyard, and lake.

Bedroom 3 (upstairs) with 2 Full beds, air-conditioning, TV, closet, ensuite bathroom with shower, and a balcony overlooking the green areas in front of the villa.

Bedroom 4 (upstairs) with 2 Twin beds, air-conditioning, TV, closet, and an ensuite bathroom with shower, and windows with a view of the green areas in front of the villa.

Bedroom 5 (downstairs) with 2 Full beds, air-conditioning, closet, TV, ensuite bathroom with shower and double vanity, and a private terrace with access to the garden and pool area.

NOTE: Separate fees apply for use of resort facilities/amenities, food & beverages at restaurants/bars, sports activities, lessons, etc. Additional fees are not included in the villa rental.

VILLA STAFF:

Cook: Your private Spanish-speaking chef will prepare breakfast, lunch, and dinner to be enjoyed at the villa (groceries are not included). The chef may reside on the property in a separate living area.

Housekeeper: The Spanish-speaking housekeeper will clean the villa, make the beds, and wash towels and linens (usually every 3rd day). We do not offer personal laundry service. The housekeeper may reside on the property in a separate living area.

Villa Manager: You’ll also have an English- and Spanish-speaking villa manager available during your stay. This is your go-to person for any questions or if you need any services that you haven’t booked before your arrival. The villa manager will greet you when you arrive at the villa, check you in, and will be available daily throughout your entire stay.
