On the first level you will find a spacious living room integrated with dining room a fully equipped kitchen and a balcony for you to relax from a beach day, and where you will find two bedrooms with Queen size bed and 2 full bathrooms. The master bedroom is on the second level with a King bed, private bathroom, with direct access to the rooftop terrace.
The Space:
You will love this spectacular two-level penthouse apartment, with incredible views, a private rooftop Picuzzi and only steps from the beach.
On the first level you will find a spacious living room integrated with dining room a fully equipped kitchen and a balcony for you to relax from a beach day, and where is located one bedroom with a Queen size bed and an en-suite bathroom and a secondary room with Queen size bed and a full bathroom that serves the secondary room and the guests.
The master bedroom is located on the second level with a King size bed and private bathroom, with direct access to the rooftop terrace.
This rooftop terrace and solarium, with panoramic views, features a gas barbeque, a big cold water Picuzzi and a couple of comfy sunbeds for you to relax while having a cocktail!
In the living room you will find a double size sofa bed.
The bedding and towels are custom made for us with the highest quality cotton.
We provide A/C in all areas as well as ceiling fans.
Smart TV's with IPTV system in the room and main room and wifi service is also available for the guests.
The residential has 24 hour security and surveillance cameras.
And do not forget our BEACH CLUB! All our guests can enjoy a 10% discount and free beach chairs at Huracan Café and The View, the best Beach Club & Restaurant in the area. With spectacular views and a Chill Out atmosphere, this is the place to be! There is a minimum consumption of US$15.00.
Electricity is NOT included in the rate. The cost of energy is approx. US$0.40 per Kw/h. If you use the A/C at night only, you can assume the following costs per day:
2 bedrooms - US$17.00 per day
3 bedrooms - US$21.00 per day
All guests will be charged a security deposit of US$400.00. This deposit can be paid in cash or through a credit card hold. This deposit is used to cover any damages caused to the apartment during the stay or unpaid bills left by the client. THIS DEPOSIT WILL BE REIMBURSED 2 DAYS AFTER CHECK OUT if all bills are paid and the apartment does not have any damages.
