This is an elegant and spacious apartment on the 3rd level, with pleasant sunset views over the golf course and the pool, private parking and options for visitors. The residential offers an exclusive environment with amenities for a total enjoyment of your vacation.
The combination of luxury and comfort defines our space. From the king size bed and the views of the pool, every detail has been carefully selected to provide an unforgettable experience.
The day area, which is also the backbone of the apartment, is composed of a fully equipped kitchen, a small dining room and a living room with a sofa bed. From the living room, guests access a private terrace to enjoy in the company of family and friends, which allows them to enjoy the views of the common areas of the condo
In its comfortable living room with a 55-inch smart TV and cable TV, equipped with quality bedding, towels, toiletries in the bathroom and all the comforts of home.

Guests will have free access to all the accommodation facilities, including the terrace overlooking the pool. However, some facilities within the residence may require additional payments. Please respect the condominium regulations for a harmonious experience.
The apartment at CANA PEARL offers access to at an additional cost to:
* Racquet club with tennis and paddle courts ($ - court rental not included).
* Cana Bay Beach Club. This spectacular beach club has an infinity pool with stunning sea views, a wide beach and an Ă la carte restaurant (Entry is free, but the Beach Club requires a minimum consumption of $35 US for adults and $10 US for children - charged in advance as a deposit.
* Cana Bay/Hard Rock Golf Course - 18 holes ($ - Green Fee not included)
I am in the area and available for any questions from 8:00 am to 9:00 pm (08:00 to 21:00), after those times I only receive emergency calls or messages.
- At the request of the residence, guests must send a photo of their passport or driver's license for official customer registration (adults only) at least 24 hours before their arrival.
-ELECTRICITY: The electricity service is paid separately and is NOT included in the rent. We will take a reading of the electric meter at the time of check-in and at check-out and then calculate the cost of energy based on consumption. The air conditioning is the equipment that consumes the most electricity inside the apartment, in this sense we send a list of electrical consumption considering a normal use of said equipment: âą 1 room $5 to $10 dollars per day. âą 2 rooms $8 to $15 dollars per day. âą 3 rooms $11 to $20 dollars per day.
- We charge a security deposit depending on your stay:
-US$100 for stays of 2 to 5 days
US$150 for stays of 6 to 14 days
US$300 for stays of more than 3 weeks.
This deposit must be paid upon arrival in cash, via Airbnb or credit card (in case of credit card we must charge an extra 5.7%). The deposit will be refunded upon departure after verifying that there are no damages to the card.

- The Private Beach Club is located 800 meters walking and 2 minutes by car, a minimum fee of US$35 for adults and 10 for children is required to enter, which includes food and drinks, etc. The check-out time for the Beach Club is at 17:00 (5:00 pm).
-Before your arrival we recommend stopping by a supermarket, in the accommodation you will find drinking water, coffee, sugar, laundry detergent (one wash, the rest is on your own), dishes, conditioner, shampoo and body soap. Each client is responsible for their replenishment.
- Cruiser bikes are available for rent (includes delivery and helmet), subject to availability. The rental cost depends on the number of days.
- Golf cart rental upon request, the price and availability will depend on the dates and number of days.
- We can provide a portable baby crib free of charge upon request and subject to availability.
