The villa is spread over two floors and covers 200 m² of modern living space. The upper floor features four cozy, light-filled bedrooms accommodating up to 8 guests. Two bedrooms have their own en-suite bathrooms with showers, and in total there are four fully equipped bathrooms – three upstairs and one on the ground floor. The interiors are fitted with natural materials, warm wooden floors, and elegant textile details that create a homely and serene atmosphere.
On the ground floor, there is an open-plan living area that combines a modern kitchen, spacious dining area, and a comfortable lounge corner. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a dishwasher, oven, hob, large fridge, and coffee machine. The bright dining area is perfect for shared meals, while the lounge offers a large corner sofa and smart TV – ideal for evening conversations or relaxation. The additional bathroom on the ground floor also includes a washing machine.
