Welcome to our newly renovated apartment located in a beautifully preserved Austro-Hungarian building, nestled in a quiet cul-de-sac in the city center of Pula. Here are the key features and amenities of our elegant apartment:

→ Location ←: We are conveniently situated just a 4-minute walk away from the city farmer's market, where you can explore and experience the vibrant local flavors. Additionally, the iconic Arch of the Sergii is only a 7-minute walk away, allowing you to easily immerse yourself in the historical charm of the city. The police and hospital are within reach ensuring a safe and secure environment for our guests.

→ Spacious and Elegant ←: The apartment boasts high ceilings, measuring 3.5 meters, adorned with crown and wall mouldings, adding an air of sophistication. It can comfortably accommodate up to four guests, with a bedroom and a living room space.

→ Bedroom: The bedroom features a luxurious king-size bed with double cushions for ultimate comfort. It is equipped with air conditioning for personalized temperature control. You can conveniently control the lights from the comfort of your bed. The room also includes a workspace/dressing table for your convenience.

→ Bathroom: The modern bathroom offers a walk-in shower and is equipped with a hairdryer. We provide shampoo, shower gel, soap, and toilet paper to ensure a hassle-free stay.

→ Living Room with Kitchen and Dining Area: The living room is a cozy space where you can relax and unwind. It is furnished with air conditioning for your comfort. The sofa bed can be easily converted into a double bed (140x200 cm) to accommodate additional guests. There is a 43" HDTV with standard cable for your entertainment, as well as balcony with the city skyline view.

The kitchen area is equipped with a cooking top, oven, fridge with a freezer, water kettle, mocha pot, and Turkish coffee pot (Cezve). We also provide cooking pots, pans, plates, cutlery, as well as water and wine glasses. Basic supplies such as coffee, sugar, salt, and oil are provided. The dining area features a dining table with four chairs.

→ Corridor: The corridor includes a closet with a built-in washer and dryer for your laundry needs. You will also find a safety deposit box, an iron, a first aid kit, an oil-filled radiator, and additional blankets and cushions for your comfort.

→ Foyer: For added safety, we have placed a fire extinguisher in the foyer area.

Provided Amenities: We offer bed linen and towels for your convenience. Stay connected with our complimentary Wi-Fi access throughout the apartment.
