Villa Blanche

Nestled between fairytale hills and sun-drenched vineyards, Villa Blanche is a fully renovated and elegant holiday villa with refined South of France charm. This spacious, hotel-chic villa with private pool accommodates up to 14 guests and is an ideal retreat for families or groups of friends seeking comfort, tranquillity and privacy. The villa is surrounded by a generous garden with play areas for children and lovely views over the pool. From several bedrooms you overlook the green landscape that feels reminiscent of Tuscany, yet you are in the heart of France. The picturesque village of Pujols is just a five-minute drive away, and Villeneuve-sur-Lot, Agen and Bergerac are all within easy reach.

Inside
An external staircase leads to the entrance on the first floor. Here you will find the stylish living and dining room with a large extendable dining table for 14 guests and French doors opening onto the balcony, a wonderful setting for long dinners overlooking the garden. The modern, fully equipped kitchen offers every convenience and also has access to the balcony. The living room features a comfortable seating area, television, DVD player and WiFi.

This floor offers four bedrooms. Two spacious rooms have double beds (180 x 200 cm) and two identical rooms have double beds (160 x 200 cm). All bedrooms include a clothes rack, armchair and television. There is also a modern bathroom with walk-in shower, a separate toilet and a practical laundry room with washing machine and dryer.

An internal staircase leads to the lower ground floor with a second kitchen and dining area for six to eight guests, an additional toilet and three bedrooms with king-size beds (180 x 200 cm), a seating area or extra sofa bed and television. In total, there are two bathrooms, one with toilet. For added entertainment, there is a games room with pool table, air hockey and table football.

Outside
The large terrace overlooks the garden and the private swimming pool with comfortable sun loungers. Near the pool you will find a small kitchenette with refrigerator. At the front of the villa, a stylish lounge set invites you to enjoy an aperitif in the evening sun. Private parking is available on the property.

Villa Blanche is set in a peaceful, green environment offering excellent opportunities for walking, cycling, visiting local markets and exploring vineyards. Its central location makes it easy to combine relaxation with cultural outings and day trips.
