Head upstairs to enjoy the sparkling rooftop pool, multiple lounge and seating areas, BBQ, and sweeping views of Puerto Vallarta’s Old Town and mountains. The building also offers an elevator for easy access.

⚠️ Note: The condo is located in the heart of the Romantic Zone nightlife. Some noise may be heard from the balcony on weekends, but recently updated thick glass balcony doors ensure a quieter and more comfortable indoor stay.

🏙️ Neighbourhood description
The Romantic Zone, AKA Old Town is the most happening part of Vallarta and is overflowing with shops, cafes, bars, and restaurants. Basilio Badillo is known for having some of the best restaurants in PV and is only one block south of the property.

The beach is also a short walk, just more than 2 blocks west of the property. You'll find several restaurants and bars located on the beach as well as a handful of activities to engage in including parasailing, jet-skiing, banana boat, etc.

📌 Other things to note
You will be required to agree to a condominium consent form. Any violation of the condominium rules may attract a fine of $100 USD or more.

Midweek housekeeping is included for stays of 7 nights or more. Renters must be at least 25 years old. Supplies are provided to begin your stay, if you run out it is your responsibility to replace them.
