The Space:
Perched in one of Vallarta's premier condominiums, this apartment is a true gem. The spacious living room features a Smart TV and A/C, perfect for relaxing after a day out. The dining area seats six, ideal for shared meals.
The master bedroom offers a king-size bed, Smart TV, A/C, private bathroom, and dressing room, with USB nightstands for convenience. The second bedroom includes a double bed, Smart TV, A/C, and a work desk for staying connected.
The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need, from modern appliances to a washer and dryer in the laundry area.
In addition to the beautiful decore of the apartment, our guests have really enjoyed the direct access to the terrace and pool, offering stunning views of the city, mountains, and ocean.
There is an elevator for you to arrive to our apartment on the 7th floor.

Guest Access:
Guests have exclusive access to the condo and the shared roof top terrace.
Upon arrival, you must register your entry with them by showing your IDs. However, they are not part of the Sand Pacific team, any questions about your reservation, please see it directly with us.
Check-in is 4 pm, the access before this hour is not permitted.
Check-out is 12 pm, extending beyond this time will result in a penalty fee.

The Neighborhood:
Located in La Versalles, one of the hippest areas of Puerto Vallarta and a privileged location. Recognized for its various quality gastronomic options, where you can walk and enjoy its streets and surprising spaces. Also, we are just a few minutes drive to the beach, 10 min to the city center, 10 min to the airport.

Getting Around:
The property is approximately 5.6 km | 3.5 mi from the Licenciado Gustavo Díaz Ordaz International Airport (PVR). If you have a car, you will have access to the internal parking through a control that we will leave in the condominium for you.

- Travelers must be at least 21 years old to book.
- Check-in is at 4 pm/16:00. Access before this hour is not permitted. Check-out is at 12 pm. Extending beyond this time will result in a penalty fee.
-If you arrive before check-in or want to enjoy Puerto Vallarta after check-out, take advantage of our special arrangement with Mangos Beach Club downtown. Our guests receive a complimentary margarita and can safely store their luggage.
- The terrace is normally pretty tranquil, but it can happen that there are guest using the terrace and you can hear some noise in the apartment.
- Guests will be asked to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.
- No more guests than those listed on the reservation are allowed. Visitors are strictly prohibited.
- Infants are counted as guests and we can't exceed the maximum capacity.
- Guests are responsible for damages that occur or extra cleaning costs as a result of their stay. Any damaged or lost items such as towels, sheets, blankets, broken armchairs, furniture, or wall stains will be charged at the time of checkout.
- No smoking of any kind inside the home! Drug use and illegal activity on the premises are also strictly prohibited. Failure to comply results in a $50 fine.
- No parties, events, or excessive noise will be tolerated. Quiet hours are from 10 pm/22:00 to 9:00.
- Cleaning service is available at an extra cost. Let us know in advance to book it.
- Pets are not allowed.
- There are outdoor security cameras for safety and security.
- A Pack n’ Play travel crib and highchair are available upon request. They must be reserved before check-in.
- A beach umbrella, 2 beach chairs, and a cooler are available for rent upon request with prior notice.
- The pool is not heated, so in January and February it can feel cold.
- The parking spaces are compact and, unfortunately, cannot accommodate large vehicles or trailers.

We like to give our guests the freedom to enjoy their holidays, however, we are always close by if you need something. You can locate us very easily.
