Le condo a été récemment mis à jour, il est décoré avec de l'art local original, de beaux meubles et une cuisine gastronomique. Il y a une télévision dans la chambre principale, et dans le salon il y a une télévision avec DVD et CD, y compris la télévision par cùble. Belle vue sur la baie et la piscine depuis les terrasses des condos. Le condo donne directement sur l'eau et les montagnes, PAS de soleil sur la terrasse donc il est utilisable toute la journée. SÚche-cheveux dans la salle de bain principale. Eau en bouteille à l'arrivée.
La cuisine a des comptoirs en granit, une cafetiĂšre, un micro-ondes, un grille-pain, un mixeur, un lave-vaisselle, un ensemble complet de casseroles, poĂȘles, vaisselle en argent et verres Ă  vin et Ă  eau. Nous fournissons toutes les serviettes et la literie, y compris les serviettes de plage. Il y a une laveuse / sĂ©cheuse pour votre usage. La maison est dĂ©corĂ©e de peintures Ă  l'huile originales dont Marta Gilbert. Venez profiter de notre magnifique condo!

Grand view bay

Beau complexe de condo. Piscine extra, extĂ©rieur super, super vue. À 5 min de l’aĂ©roport, Ă  distance de marche du golf et de la marina. Cependant les Ă©piceries sont un peu loin il faut y aller absolument en taxi. Secteur sĂ©curitaire. Nous avons apprĂ©ciĂ© notre sĂ©jour. Les communications avec l’hĂŽte Ă©taient rapide. The host manager met us on arrival and this was great. The Bay View Grande was everything we expected and more and the condo was located in excellent position to enjoy the complete pool area and ocean view. However the condo itself was beginning to show wear and needs some updating. The stove range top should be replaced along with the dishwasher. Living room furniture and deck furniture should also be updated. All these issues were discussed with manager and he agreed with our suggestions. If the updates were addressed we could upgrade our rating from good to excellent.

Great, comfortable and very clean condo. Nice welcome from the owner and the condo manager, both were very accommodating. Large balcony, beautiful view of the complex and the ocean. Perfect location near rhe Marina with lots of restaurants at a walking distance.

Grand at the Grand

This condo is even lovelier than the photos can describe. Situated at the Bayview Grand it has a balcony which overlooks the ocean and pools and is protected from the direct sun during the hottest part of the day. The condo is well equipped and comfortable. Because of the ocean breezes we used the air conditioning infrequently. We made use of the washer dryer. The grounds are beautiful and the complex quiet. The host and manager were easy to contact and attentive to our needs. Would highly recommend this property.

Spectacular View

View from the balcony cannot be beat. Whales, yachts, mountains, beautiful pool and gardens not to mention Banderas Bay. Beautiful kitchen, lovely 2 bedrooms and beautiful artwork. Loved it would love to return.

Views that make you go "Aaahhhh"

Overall, we very much enjoyed staying at Barbara's property - it was relaxing and tranquil compared to the Velas Vallarta next door (where we stayed last year), so would look to return again in the coming year. I loved the overall layout of the property with the Master Bedroom and living room having balconies and the views from the balcony being simply spectacular. The large size of the Master bathroom shower was really appreciated by our family. The kitchen was well stocked with supplies, utensils and appliances and we enjoyed having the drinking water provided. The pool was terrific and we especially enjoyed the homemade guacamole from the Snack Bar. The property manager was very responsive to any questions we had. Overall, highly recommended and we hope to be back next year.

From the moment we booked the room we received a warm welcome from the owner😊Barbara provided us with a list of wonderful restaurant recommendations and we managed to eat at 3, which were all top notch and made our stay that much more memorable. Make sure you provision a few items for breakfast on the balcony, best breakfast view in PV! Also a bottle of Prosecco for a late night whined down in your own private hot tub on the balcony😉 Once you walk through the front door and see the amazing view you know you are in paradise! That with the collection of some of the finest artwork from local artists, and all you would want in a home away from home you will not want to leave. Her manager Fernando was there to greet us on our arrival and gave us a through walk through, making us feel completely at home. The only disappointment was when we had to leave this morning to catch our flight home. We are already planning our next trip backâŁïž

Wonderful!

Really a nice, clean, very well-appointed and nicely decorated condo. The owner was in close contact with us and the manager made sure we had basics available to get us started. The Bay View Grand is a wonderful condo complex/resort in a quiet area of the PV Marina, away from the crowds and congestion of P.V. The Marina is within walking distance and the bus/taxis/Uber are readily available. Excellent, attentive, friendly staff, gorgeous grounds, safe, and perfect for families. The palapa accepts credit cards and has a decent selection of snacks.

Wonderful Beachfront PV Marina Condo

My husband and I greatly enjoyed staying in this beautiful and comfortable condo. Every morning we woke up to the sound of the ocean and coffee on the beautiful balcony. The condo was very well stocked and the Property Manager was amazingly helpful and prompt to respond to any questions or issues. BVG grounds were wonderful, and the huge pool extremely inviting. We loved the poolside cafe and service. Food and drinks were reasonable and very tasty! We hope to be back for another stay here soon!
