Nice place but


Good place to stay but comfort is not optimal. The couches in the living room are too high, too deep and too hard. The T.V. was cracked and non functional. It was almost impossible to stay on the balcony through the afternoon due to the absence of umbrella. We requested one many times but it never came. The towels need to be renewed. Nevertheless the place is spacious, clean and wonderfully located on the Malecon near good restaurants amd a very good bakery.

wonderful view & very nice balcony in the well located and well maintained Vista del Sol. The condo itself, however, was a disappointment. No washer/dryer as advertised; AC was only in the bedrooms; oven didn't work; stove burners needed to be lit; dirty pots, pans,etc; shower pulsed hot and cold (this could be a building wide issue although we didn't experience this last year); uncomfortable bed and generally not that well maintained. Communication with property management was very frustrating and it appeared no one had visited in some time. Condo was stuffy and a little smelly at first; light bulbs burnt out, batteries dead so ceiling fan didn't work; no drinking water, dish soap (probably why people put away dirty dishes), paper towels, etc. Although property management offered to send someone over the next day, that wasn't how we wanted to spend our vacation and ended up replacing things ourselves. We also received several conflicting messages from property management, adding to our frustration.

We love staying in Vista Del Sol, our second time in this complex, which has the best location we can imagine in Puerto Vallarta, with the beach and the MalecĂłn literally next door, just a bit north of the busiest areas of Zona RomĂĄntica, less crowded but with easy access to all the restaurants, pier, etc. The unit was very comfortable, spacious, and with everything we needed, and communication and checkin/checkout were easy. Thanks for a great stay.

Amazing location

Cannot over state the excellent location. Right on the Malecon, right on the beach, right downtown. Amazing pool area, great building security, excellent restaurants everywhere. The condo itself could use some minor upgrades (kitchen & bathrooms are starting to look run down). The bedrooms each have their own A/C unit so sleeping is great but the main "living" areas do not so the condo stayed hot.

Amazing view, great location

This was a great home base for my friends and I to explore the Romantic Zone and experience the night life of Puerto Vallarta. We never used the A/C since the ocean breeze kept the place naturally cool, and we spent a lot of time both day and night on the deck looking out at the view and watching the people on the beach below. The building staff was friendly and attentive, the rooftop pool was never crowded and everything was well maintained. This is the second (and better) unit I've stayed in in this building and I would definitely come back.

Beautiful views and location

This place was very much like the photos. Beds were comfortable, there is AC and fans in the bedrooms and ceiling fans in the living spaces. The balcony was large and with an amazing view of the busy beach life. Some noice all night long on the beach buy we stayed during spring break holiday. It got quieter as the holiday ended. Kitchen was well stocked. It's rustic but fits in with the culture and beach life. We really liked this place and will likely re-rent during another trip.

Ideal location

Loved the property! Condo is perfectly located on the beach in Zona Romantica. Walk everywhere. Entrance to the building is secured and attendant at desk 24/7. Saw whales from the patio every day. Fairly quiet given the location. Large bottle of water in condo - replace for small fee. Laundry is in basement of building - not in unit - small fee involved. Naya Homes manages property and communications were good. Front desk person in bldg very helpful.
