Upon entering, you’ll be welcomed by a brand new and fully equipped tropical hardwood kitchen. The space can accommodate up to four and includes a brand new full bathroom with walk-in shower, a full-size double bed and a futon for 1-2 in the living area. Everything is brand new as the place was completely renovated at the end of 2024. Step through another door to find a large secure patio, shared with the adjacent 2-person studio. The patio has a nice view across the rooftops to the ocean and the daily fireworks in the night sky. It includes a comfortable sitting area and dining table for 4. It’s a great spot to unwind with a book or enjoy your morning coffee. Think of it as your outdoor living and dining room where you can embrace the tradition of indoor-outdoor living which is so typical in PV's near perfect climate.

Whether you're traveling with friends or family, this apartment effortlessly accommodates your needs without breaking the bank. Located in the vibrant Romantic Zone, you'll have easy access to local attractions, dozens of great dining and bar options, and beautiful beaches just a short walk away.

We want our guests to know exactly what they are getting before they decide to book so we do our best to describe the place as accurately as possible in our listings. A few details to highlight for you for this unit so there are no surprises are as follows:

- The patio for Studio B1 is shared with the adjacent 2-person Studio B2. Each unit has its own separate entrance. If you are traveling with others you can book both B1 and B2 as a 2-bedroom under our listing for "Unit B"
- The windows and patio door for B1 open onto the shared patio. Sheer curtains and nighttime blackout curtains are provided for your privacy
- Because our units are pet friendly it is possible that there could be pets sharing the patio area from the adjacent unit, though most bookings don't include any pets
- There is a nice view from the patio across old town towards the ocean but there is not really any view from inside this unit. For panoramic views from a large private roof deck complete with outdoor kitchen please check out our listing for Unit C in the same building.
- The sofa/futon in the living room seats 3 and sleeps 1-2 people. The sleeping area size is 1.85m x 1.25m or 73" x 49", so a bit smaller than a full size bed at 75" x 54"
- There is no in-unit laundry in this studio but you will find a very affordable laundry service just down the street
- The property is located in a vibrant, urban neighborhood, meaning occasional noise is possible during certain hours. Guests booking agree to this condition.
