The Space:
Situated on the 9th floor, this unique condo offers great views of the marina and the perfect couple’s getaway to Puerto Vallarta! The bedroom, with a cozy king bed, is separated by vertical sliding doors that can open up to create one spacious open floor plan connecting the bedroom to the rest of the condo. There’s access to the private balcony steps from the bed or the sitting area that features a large, wall-mounted Smart TV and comfy sofa seating. You’ll find a dining table and chairs on the balcony where you can enjoy your morning coffee and the view.

If you don’t feel like dining out, no worries, the kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances and all the utensils and cookware you’d need to whip up any meal of the day. The breakfast bar provides space for indoor dining or working on your laptop if needed. For added convenience, there’s a washer and dryer in the unit.

Not only does the condo offer all the comforts of home, but the building has a rooftop pool, and a very well-equipped fitness center, so you don’t miss your daily workout!

Guest Access:
Guests have exclusive access to the condo as well as access to the common areas and shared amenities such as the pools and gym.

Check in is 4 pm, the access before this hour is not permitted.
Check out is 12 pm, extending beyond this time will result in a penalty fee.

The Neighborhood:
The Nautico condo building is located right on the marina and near restaurants/bars, shopping, golf & activities. You can check online Maps for exact distances.

Getting Around:
The property is approximately 3.2 km | 2 mi from the Licenciado Gustavo Díaz Ordaz International Airport (PVR). If you are arriving by car, there’s parking onsite that is first come, first serve. Puerto Vallarta also has Uber, so you can easily get around.

Other Things to Note:
The guests from Sand Pacific will get a margarita drink per person as a courtesy at the beach club Mangos. There will be no entrance of the beach club, and the minimum consumption required is just a meal. Guests will have to book in advance directly to Mangos Beach club.

- Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.
- Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.
- Guests may be required to provide a government ID on the day of checking in or during their stay.
- Cleaning service is available at an extra cost. Let us know in advance to book it.
- A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in, subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met. Any damaged or lost items such as towels, sheets, blankets, broken armchairs, furniture, or wall stains will be charged at the time of checkout.
- No smoking of any kind (tobacco, cannabis, etc.) is allowed inside the unit, and the use of any recreational drugs is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $50 penalty.
- No parties or events are permitted, illegal activity is prohibited, and excessive noise won't be tolerated. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 9 am.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed.
- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages caused during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning charges if such is needed after their stay.
- Pets are not allowed.

- A crib/Pack ´n Play and highchair are available for rent upon request and must be reserved before check-in.
