- All guests must be declared prior to check-in - building security requires all guest to be registered
- Security will issue wrist bands that must be worn inside the building and rooftop at all times as a guest
- The couch is NOT to be used as a bed; guests found using it as such risk losing their reservation. Please contact Guest Services if you want to inquire the use of the couch for sleeping purposes - additional fees apply as it needs to be properly cleaned at the end of your stay.

- Outside food and drink of any kind is not permitted on the rooftop.
**Smoking in public areas is prohibited EXCEPT in the designated area on the rooftop** This home including all terraces and balconies are non smoking. There are smoke sensors throughout the home specifically monitoring for cigarette, pipe, cigar, and marijuana smoke. We will impose a $250 ionize cleaning fee to remediate smoke damage inside the unit including the balcony. The ONLY designated area for smoking is located on the rooftop.
