PVRPV welcomes you to Torre Lirios 6 with a superb Banderas Bay view and overlooking Puerto Vallarta's historic Centro area. The ocean-side balcony runs the entire length of the condo. In the morning, enjoy a cup of coffee here while watching the bay come to life. You will likely spot whales during the winter season! In the evening, enjoy your favourite drink while watching the sunset, city lights and fireworks over the bay. Floor to ceiling glass and sliding doors along the entire balcony make it so you never have to take your eyes off that spectacular ocean view, even while inside the condo!

Kitchen
The spacious kitchen was updated recently and boasts polished concrete countertops, breakfast bar, contemporary sleek design and SMEG accessory appliances.

Living Room
There are two living room and seating areas in this large open-concept floor plan. The first adjoins the dining area and is comfortably appointee with a generous sofa, indoor plants and mexican inspired art. It is the perfect spot to sit and relax on your own or visit with those at the dining room table or preparing a meal or beverages in the nearby kitchen. The adjacent seating area is perfect for movie enthusiasts with loungers looking to the 55" Smart TV. Both spaces run along side the fully opening floor to ceiling windows to the terrace. This room also features a seating area with two reclining chairs perfect for reading, relaxing or catching a nap. Even when you are inside you will feel like you are outside enjoying all that Puerto Vallarta nature has to offer.

Principal Bedroom
The lar principal master has its own access to the terrace which blends seamlessly with the living and dining areas to create one large, open area for an indoor / outdoor entertaining experience. The principal bedroom is perfect for sleep with a king size bed and seating area with loveseat that looks out to the ocean view. If you feel like a movie while in bed you can do that, enjoying the 42" Smart TV. Of course, there is a walk-in closet a newly updated ensuite bathroom. Please note there is a treadmill in this room which is for the exclusive use of the owners and not available to renters.

Guest Bedroom
The guest bedroom also features a king size bed, large closet and Smart 42" TV with adjoining ensuite bathroom which is also available to guests in the main area of the home.

Bar
This condo has a beautiful bar with glassware and refreshment fridge perfect for enjoying on your own or with friends.

Be sure to enjoy the shared infinity pool and lounge area. Perfect for a refreshing dip as you look over the bay, snoozing in the sun on a lounge chair, or reading a book in the shaded area.The entire building exterior including balconies were freshly painted in the Spring of 2022.

Location:
If you have been to Puerto Vallarta before or have been researching the best locations to stay, please note that this condo is in a great location, on the border of the 5 de Diciembre and el Cerro neighborhoods, overlooking Centro Puerto Vallarta and Banderas Bay. On a clear day you can see the Marietas Islands! The condo building is in a neighborhood, where you can live like a local. It is an easy downhill walk to the Malecon/Boardwalk where you will find many restaurants, bars and shops. Continue walking south and you will be in the Romantic Zone which has lots of restaurants, bars and shops. Ubers and taxis are readily available and inexpensive, which is especially nice when you want a quick, easy trip back up the hill to the condo. Please note that this condo is most easily accessible by car. The path that leads to the street to be able to walk to shopping, restaurants and beach is only accessible in daytime.

Please note if you require a CHECK IN or CHECK OUT before 8am or after 8pm you will incur an additional charge of $40.00 USD - tax included (or the equivalent in Mexican pesos based on the exchange rate of the peso on the date of your payment) which must be paid in cash, and collected by the concierge.

Cleaning Services

Our Standard Cleaning Services included are based on a minimum rental of 7 days. In the case where your rental is less than the time period indicated or you require additional services the cost per cleaning will be $50.00 USD - tax included (or the equivalent in Mexican pesos based on the exchange rate of the peso on the date of your payment). This will be collected by Concierge on the day of the check in.

Initial check in was denied so had to find another place to stay which was a 100 plus cab ride .

Lots of rooster calls and dog barking , at times throughout the evening, night and early morning as well as during the night. No one was there when we arrived although our flight info was emailed the day before. Our cab driver as well as we tried to call Xavier with no answer. We were unable to stay there the first night and had to find another place to stay which took two hours in the dark, and hundred dollar cab tab, as well as paying to stay in another place. Xavier, explained that our calls as well as the cab drivers attempt to calls were not answered due to the hills. Result was we had no place to stay. We did receive Xavier s message about 10.30 after we had already finally found another place to sleep near the airport. That was physically and mentally exhausting experience that I would not wish on anyone. It was my worst experience in gaining entrance, actually NOT gaining access to a reserved booked lodging, in over fifty years of travelling. I was promised that some one would meet us at the house an hour after we landed. I take their word that they were there but they did not stay, nor answer the phone when we and our cab driver called several times from the front gate. They admitted that they had 40 arrrivals and departing clients that day. Unfortunately, we were the ones that had to find and pay for another place to sleep. We were refused a refund for a place that we had paid for for Dec 29 but never gained entry. Beware
