Ce condo est une unitĂ© dans un immeuble de plusieurs unitĂ©s, les vues sont tout simplement incroyables, de chaque unitĂ© vous avez une vue magnifique sur Puerto Vallarta et les magnifiques couchers de soleil. Au-dessus du bĂątiment, vous trouverez un jardin sur le toit Ă  plusieurs niveaux avec deux piscines Ă  dĂ©bordement, des barbecues, une cuisine partielle, un rĂ©frigĂ©rateur et une salle de bains. Le toit est un endroit incroyable pour se dĂ©tendre et se dĂ©tendre aprĂšs une journĂ©e de sortie. Oh et bien sĂ»r les VUES SUR L'OCÉAN sont INCROYABLES lĂ -haut! vous pouvez avoir un bon verre de vin le soir, une tasse de cafĂ© le matin et lire un bon livre (beaucoup de choix).
MALECON et BEACH sont accessibles à pied (3 pùtés de maisons) afin que vous puissiez profiter de tout le charme de Puerto Vallarta à pied.
Quant à l'unité, toutes sont équipées d'A / C, d'une connexion Wi-Fi cohérente, d'un lit KING confortable (support + couche plus douce sur le dessus), d'une bonne pression d'eau, d'une cuisine entiÚrement fonctionnelle avec cuisiniÚre à six brûleurs, d'un lave-vaisselle, d'ustensiles de cuisine nouveaux / plus récents , micro-ondes, cafetiÚre, grille-pain, réfrigérateur pleine grandeur, comptoirs en granit et beaucoup d'espace de rangement, tout pour que vous vous sentiez comme chez vous!
L'endroit est en haut des escaliers. Vous devez vous mettre Ă  cette vue en quelque sorte! lol. De plus, vous ĂȘtes prĂšs d'une Ă©glise, donc il y aura des cloches ici. Je les trouve personnellement charmants; tout fait partie de l'aventure / de l'expĂ©rience et de faire partie de l'environnement et de la culture.

Amazing
.simply amazing!

Our stay was probably our best experience staying in downtown PV. From booking, communication with Liz, check in and everything to Luis getting us taxi to finish off our stay
.everything was perfect. Yes there was a small hill and around 65 stairs to our unit, but the view from the private patio was worth every single step. If you’re looking to be close to all the activities of PV and want amazing views, stay here! Until next time! Thank you Liz.

Great Location

We really enjoyed our stay. The view was definitely a highlight and the location is perfect - walking distance to everything. The property is clean and well maintained, and it was nice to know there was a friendly security guard on property during the night. If you don't mind stairs, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Casa Sunset. Host and property staff are very helpful.

Splendid time

This is a wonderful neighborhood. The view is unbeatable. You are off of the noise and hustle of the busy streets, but still within a few blocks of services and restaurants The staff was excellent in carrying up our luggage and being attentive. Like the other reviews said, this might not be your first choice if you have ambulatory issues. One of the reasons for the outstanding view of the bay is that you are on a hill and then several flights up from the street. We decided it was best to take a taxi anytime we went up the hill, but it really wasn’t a problem walking down the hill to the beach.

Magical Place Exceeding Expectations

This place was incredible. The photos don't do it justice. There are so many different spots to hang out at Casa Sunset. Our room was perfect and the balcony was huge. Being on a hill made for the most gorgeous views (especially the fireworks at night) and a truly unique experience. The vibes were great and I will definitely being returning to this Casa (also felt safe and secure and the host and staff members were all laid back and super accommodating). Thanks for having us!

PV in November

While finding the unit and accessing it was a little confusing, the location worked out well. Just bring your walking shoes. Everything is within easy walking distance, yet it's far enough away that you're not listening to the party crowds. When we did decide to lay low and relax, the pool was the perfect cool down spot.

We had a great stay! The views are amazing, the pool is so nice to have to go dip into to cool off any time you want, and the host was great to work with. We loved sitting on the porch watching different sights and also loved how cool and dark the room was!

Unbelievable Views!

What a great spot! While my wife and I have been to multiple places in Mexico and Central America, I can't recommend Puerto Vallarta enough! The condo had a fantastic set up where the living room completely opens up to the patio. The pictures on the website are good but really don't capture how spectacular they are. My only warning to renters, this is high on a steep hill and there are a lot of steps to get to the condo. We didn't mind the exercise but it could be difficult for some people. We will be back to PV and this condo!

lovely Casa in PV

THis is a great little place--perfect for one or two--in a good neighborhood(free of tourist crowdedness, close to the malecon, close to groceries and restaurants). The view of the bay is excellent and the accommodations are complete and modern. The best part of the stay was the host: always attentive and kind and gracious.

A Gem in Centro

An exceptional property for the price point. Incredible views from the large terrace where you will likely spend the majority of your time when not out exploring Puerto Vallarta. Centrally located with proximity to multiple dining choices, shopping, and sight seeing. Liz is a great host with timely communication, recommendations, and any assistance that we required. Highly recommend this property.

multiple ways to enjoy the view

Tortuga condo has a large balcony with a great view of the town and bay. Wonderful sunsets and fireworks. The living room opens completely up to the balcony via large glass panels. The only downside is that there is no shade on the balcony or curtains for the glass panels so the sun can really hit you but with the clouds it was only a problem 2 out of the 7 days I was there. The a/c is in the bedroom and only cools the living area moderately. With that out of the way let's get back to the great things about staying here. Liz was friendly and super communicative. Check in and check out are super easy (just leave the key in the door). The bedroom has no view but can be made very dark and cool so it's great for sleeping. There' s no desk but the couch and living room table were comfortable enough to work at for an hour or 2. Internet was fast enough for zoom calls and reliable. You'll get a workout climbing up to the place but the views are worth it and you can take a dip in the pool to cool off. The common area spaces are unique and comfortable. They are only shared by a few other units and they are separate from each other so it's easy to have privacy. The views are spectacular. The locations in Centro / Old Town is great for relaxing. There are plenty of places you can walk to but it's not as congested as Zona Romantica. The malecon is within a 10 minute walk. Ubers are available here and it was 150 pesos to go to the airport. This unit had a full kitchen and a water cooler is available with filtered water in the common area upstairs. I stayed for a week and would love to return!

Panoramic View of The Summer Sunset over the Ocean

As a first time traveller to Mexico, Liz was so very helpful and went above and beyond working with us on finding such a great condo. This condo gave us great outdoor privacy and i might say protection from several evenings of monsoon rain. A delight to have our kitchen flow effortlessly to the outdoors, over the sites of the city to then enjoy the ocean and seeing it from first light to the blaze at sundown. So enjoyed having the pools to cool in after our outings. A quiet yet very friendly place to stay. Liz has given this me a great memory of Mexico and my sister who has been now for the third time.

Exceptional Condo in Puerto Vallarta's Colonia 5 de Diciembre

We stayed in the condo named Tortuga for 5 nights in December. Very clean, amenities great/as described, relaxing dĂ©cor and vibe, and awesome view of town and Bahia de Banderas. The location was absolutely perfect for us - short walk to the beach/malecĂłn and all the color and fun of old town PV. A lot of stairs and a steep hill but we knew that upfront and were prepared. We appreciated the workout after each day’s round of great meals! Loved exploring Colonia 5 de Diciembre. Great booking experience, lots of communication from Liz, and great help from on-site caretaker Luis. Would definitely stay there again. Thank you, Liz and Luis, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Perfect Location!

We had a great time in Puerto Vallarta! I would absolutely stay here again. Liz was very helpful and communicative - she was always available and never overbearing, just lots of helpful suggestions. We felt very welcomed! The room was clean, the pools were fun, and the views were spectacular. Luis was helpful and hardworking. You should keep these listings at the top of your list. The pictures don't lie it was great.
