The Space:
Welcome to our jaw-dropping oceanview condo on the 5th floor of the Grand Venetian! Experience stunning sunset views and private terrace dining. As you step inside, you're greeted by a spacious living area that seamlessly blends modern comforts with a touch of local charm. Besides the luxurious feel, you’ll have breathtaking sunset views and the calming sound of the sea every day. You may find it hard to leave!

The bedroom features a plush double-size bed to sleep two. For flexible sleep space or additional guests, the sofa in the living room has two individual removable cushions to accommodate two sleepers.

For those who like to cook at home and enjoy meals in peace with the sound of the waves or the tangerine sunset, you are in luck. The kitchen comes fully equipped with all the appliances and cookware you’d need for a home-cooked meal. Also, a coffee maker with some coffee to brighten up your morning is always a plus!

Location is key, and this condo doesn't disappoint. Just 15 minutes from both the airport and the vibrant seaside Malecón, and you're also right next to the famous La Isla open-air shopping mall. Craving some local cuisine? A plethora of restaurants and bars are just a stone's throw away.

When you're in the mood for some relaxation, and you don’t want to go far, the complex has many common areas that beckon. Dive into the swimming pools, unwind in the spa tub, challenge someone to a fun tournament in the onsite Game Room, or just head to the tropical poolside restaurant onsite and have a cold beverage.

Guest Access:
You will have exclusive access to the condo and shared access to the complex's common areas. Please wear the bracelets provided inside the unit to access the common areas. Each lost bracelet costs $2,000 MXN. Upon check-out, they must be left in the same place where they were found.

Check-in is 4 pm, access before then is not permitted.
Check-out is 12 pm, extending beyond this time will result in a penalty fee.

The Neighborhood:
Enjoy a prime location in Puerto Vallarta! The condo is situated on one of the city’s favorite beaches, Playa del Holy. Just a short walk away, you’ll find La Isla Shopping Village, filled with fantastic shops to explore. Across the street is Altamar, a top spot for dining and nightlife with renowned restaurants like La Dolce, La Vaca, Campomar, Sala de Despecho, and La Santa. Artepil Spa, one of the most recognizes local spas is just 2 blocks away. Thanks to its central location, getting around is easy, whether by bus, car, or Uber.

Getting Around:
The property is located approximately 5 km | 3 mi from the Licenciado Gustavo Díaz Ordaz International Airport (PVR). You'll have access to underground parking for your convenience if you are arriving by car.

Other Things to Note:
If you arrive before check-in or want to enjoy Puerto Vallarta after check-out, take advantage of our special arrangement with Mangos Beach Club downtown. Our guests receive a complimentary margarita, can safely store their luggage, and only need to purchase a meal. Let us know in advance, and we’ll gladly make the arrangements for you!
Please review this information before booking to ensure a pleasant stay. If you have questions, don’t hesitate to contact us:
- In the rainy season (July, August, Sept), it is possible that the river that passes by one side takes a little water towards the beach to which the condominium has direct access.
- Travelers must be at least 21 years old to book.
- Check-in is at 4 pm/16:00. Access before this hour is not permitted. Check-out is at 12 pm. Extending beyond this time will result in a penalty fee.
- Guests will be asked to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.
- No more guests than those listed on the reservation are allowed. Visitors are strictly prohibited.
- Depending on the booking site to make the reservation, a security deposit might be required, refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.
- Guests are responsible for damages that occur or extra cleaning costs as a result of their stay. Any damaged or lost items such as towels, sheets, blankets, broken armchairs, furniture, or wall stains will be charged at the time of checkout.
- No smoking of any kind inside the home! Drug use and illegal activity on the premises are also strictly prohibited. Failure to comply results in a $50 fine.
- No parties, events, or excessive noise will be tolerated. Quiet hours are from 10 pm/22:00 to 9:00.
- Cleaning service is available at an extra cost. Let us know in advance to book it.
- Pets are not allowed.
- There are outdoor security cameras for safety and security.
- The bracelets must be returned at your departure. Losing or not returning them will result in a penalty of $2,000 MXN for each one.
- A Pack n’ Play travel crib and highchair are available for rent upon request. They must be reserved before check-in.
- A beach umbrella, 2 beach chairs, and a cooler are available for rent upon request with prior notice.
- The parking spaces are compact and, unfortunately, cannot accommodate large vehicles or trailers.

Interaction with Guests:
We like to give our guests freedom and privacy during their stay. However, we are always close by if you need something, you can locate us very easily.
