Rincon del Sol est situé au sein de la célÚbre Sierra del Mar à Los Arcos gated community. Les clients bénéficieront de privilÚges exclusifs au Private Beach Club. En plus de la plage privée immaculée, le Beach Club dispose d'un café, d'une salle de sport, d'une piscine, d'un jacuzzi et d'un sauna. Le Beach Club propose une cuisine délicieuse et est un endroit idéal pour prendre le petit déjeuner et le déjeuner.
Ricon del Sol a également une piscine d'eau salée directement en face du condo. Achevé à l'automne 2015, le complexe est à 15 minutes au sud de la zone romantique de Puerto Vallarta.
Le condo a 2 chambres avec vue sur l'océan; chacune avec une salle de bain avec douche. Le canapé sectionnel de la salle multimédia comprend 2 lits jumeaux et une salle de bains privative avec douche. Le sectionnel de la salle des médias est probablement le meilleur pour 1 enfant ou adolescent. Remarque: le condo est idéal pour les enfants de 10 ans et plus. Todd’s condo is absolutely stunning. Better than the pictures we basically lived on the balcony. There is so much space we saw whales almost every day so many different types of birds. The restaurant within the complex is delicious, easy, and inexpensive. I swam laps every day in the pool and I was the only one there just an FYI I don’t know if it’s because it’s winter or it’s always like this, but the sun does not get to the pool. They have these beach jetties with lounge chairs on them and umbrellas. If you walk over to those, you will have all the sun you want, but at the pool, you will not be laying in the sun, which was actually a plus for us because we’re trying to protect our skin. Todd is very responsive and will answer all of your questions. He has a property manager, Eric, who will do grocery shopping for you. I highly recommend this. Just be sure to tell Eric exactly how many of what you asked for you want. This location is south of Puerto Vallarta and very quiet and relaxing. It’s an easy taxi ride over to PV and the security guards are so nice and helpful. They’ll get you one just tell them what time you want to leave. This is truly one of the most relaxing vacations my husband and I have been on. We will definitely be coming back.

Best Vacation Ever

This stay was our best and most relaxing vacation we ever had. The condo was beautiful with everything you would ever need ! It was our first time staying a bit further away from town but now we prefer this location.With a beautiful beach at your door step, multiple pools, and a beach bar for your hunger cravings.They even make the pizza sauce from scratch when you order. We also used the BBQ on our balcony a few times. Alfredo was very helpful and we also used the convenience of the grocery delivery. We can’t wait to come back. Ubers were easy to get and also Todd the owner was very easy and fast to communicate with.Thank you for the use of your beautiful home !

South shore beauty

The south shore of PV is a quiet, classy and laid back destination, and Todd's condo is the quintessential example of that. Everything you ever need is in the condo...if not, Alfredo your concierge will find it for you. The pool, beach chairs, beach club made for relaxing days. It's a quick Uber or cab to PV if you want the stimulation. Stayed for 3 weeks...could have used another! Thanks Todd.

Seaside Perfection

I almost want to keep this gem of a condo all to myself! After renting beautiful places in Hawaii, Puerto Vallarta, and Costa Rica over the years, there was always a little something missing—something that made me long for the comforts of home. But this time, I felt utterly pampered; it had more than I could ever need. The condo's decor was straight out of an interior design magazine—everything tasteful and luxurious. And the view? Absolutely breathtaking. It wasn't just a distant ocean vista; it felt like we were sailing on the water itself. The unexpected daily cleaning service was the icing on the cake. Not only was our place spotless, but the cleaning lady even organized my cosmetics, making everything easy to find. The condo complex boasts its own beach club with incredibly affordable options for breakfast and lunch. Our daily highlight was visiting the Amixtli Restaurant. Sure, we could have driven to the city center for dinner, but Amixtli was so fantastic, we found ourselves returning night after night. The staff was exceptionally friendly, even playing chess with my son to keep him entertained during a rainy visit. An important tip for ocean lovers: stay in this area. We spent a week at Marina Vallarta's Shangri La, where the water was noticeably dirtier compared to the pristine South Shore. Here, we kayaked and snorkeled near Los Arcos, which was an unforgettable experience. I'm already looking forward to returning. Thank you, Todd!

Very Impressive

Our "all adult" family stayed here for 2 weeks and absolutely loved it! (Mom, Auntie and 3 young adults) Fantastic condo with first class amenities, and a short Uber or bus ride to everything else. It's about 20 minutes outside of Old Town and close to Mismoloya Beach and the Bocca Trail hiking area. It was seamless to get where-ever we wanted to go. Huge thanks to Todd and Alfredo for making everything perfect for us!

What a nice time being here!

My wife and I booked for ten days and wished it was for ten months! Check-in was easy, Concierge made sure it was. It took us exactly six seconds to settle in, get our shorts on and get down to the pool. Indirect sun here this time of year as we do not seek it out. otherwise. Easy to get used to the Club and private restaurant. While we only used the master bedroom, the place is spacious and the view from the lanai is heaven. Every day, we would head down to the protected beach cove, throw on some PFD's and just float weightless in the ocean for an hour or more. We only headed in to town once because it is easy to do all your living here. This is our twelfth time in PV. We really cannot see a reason to stay anywhere else now that we have found this place.

Sublime property and team

The property condition, layout and features are hard to beat. Add the view and the owner and support team and you have the ingredients for a perfect stay. We found our expectations exceeded at every turn, whether due to owner flexibility and responsiveness or the onsite team accommodating our requests. This is a pretty magical place to stay and we would recommend it to anyone.

Luxury on the Ocean Front

Such a great stay at Todd’s property. We could see whales and dolphins jumping right from the balcony. We had our kids with us and the place was perfect for fun family time. It’s a bit of a ride to get to town but Uber comes out there so it worked out well. We enjoyed cooking for ourselves in the fully equipped kitchen. The place was beautiful.

Luxurious holiday

Condo was clean, well equipped on every level, exactly as pictured on the website. Both Todd and Jorge communicated efficiently. Our flight was delayed but Jorge arranged transportation to be waiting at the airport and he met us at the condo. The groceries we ordered were in the condo on our arrival. Top notch service! Cleaning service was excellent. We enjoyed watching the whales from our balcony. The only disappointment was the lack of sun on our balcony and our pool area. All in all a wonderful experience!

Absolutely perfect!

Jorge (concierge) was friendly and very helpful. He made sure our pre-groceries were delivered to our condo and set us up with Betty. Betty cooked several meals for us and were all absolutely delicious. She is very nice, friendly, and helped me get some medicine for my cold. She went above and beyond. Love the condo, the pool and the beach. It was a very relaxing time, especially having Betty spoiling us, I highly recommend her. Have a view (and sound) of ocean as soon a you walk out of the condo. We will definitely be back. Just FYI, everything on site is cash, so bring plenty (food, chef, massage, beach club drinks and food, grocery delivery, doctor, etc).

Simply the Best Trip!

Words really cannot describe how much we enjoyed our trip in this amazingly beautiful condo. Our family of four has taken many, many trips in higher-end vacation rentals - Todd's unit is the most well equipped (the kitchen has it all!), comfortable and tastefully decorated we have ever stayed in. The view is just as described, and the amenities offered both in the unit and the entire condo complex made for a very relaxing stay. The amazing service & assistance we received from both Todd and Jorge the Concierge went above and beyond. We had an unfortunate flight experience which resulted in arriving much later than expected. Both Todd and Jorge were extremely responsive and truly cared about helping us with anything we needed throughout that very long day and the rest of our trip. We used Jorge to book our airport transfers (very well priced), prearranged grocery shopping, massage & restaurant recommendations. Taxis were very easy to get at the guard gate, and all of the employees we encountered were super friendly and helpful. We can't wait to return! Don't hesitate - book it.

This is the 4th time we have stayed at this property. As soon as you walk in the door, you feel a wave of relaxation. The view and sound of the ocean is divine, it's beautifully equipped and decorated. The floorplan is great, allows for privacy and together time. This condo is legendary in our family, highly recommend!
