This is a great rental in a prime location at a very reasonable price. I would highly recommend this particular condo. The view for the bay from the balcony was spectacular! The pictures match the property, which was greatly appreciated. All the amenities and kitchen appliances worked very well. Bedroom and bathrooms were clean and comfortable. The room decor is very modern and updated. The property is close to the Zona Romantica...a short beach walk or cab ride will get you there. There is a supermarket nearby to grab all your needs. The property grounds and pools are clean and up to date, with direct beach access. We felt very safe walking the surrounding area (both day and night). I would say the only improvements needed would be the road leading to the property (it's pretty rough) and it would be nice if there was a restaurant or bar area at the property, just for convenience. Overall, a great spot to relax in a nice central location of Puerto Vallarta.

A Bit Out of the WayWe found the the dreamy oceanview condo was truly dreamy!! Beautifully appointed and spacious for the three of us. However, outside of the building, the unit and the spectacular views - we found the neighbourhood to be poorly located as well as somewhat dangerous. Do not venture out walking at night!! Also, the road in to the property has been washed out and is tricky to navigate.Positives included:Puerto Vallartans are generally kind and generous peopleAmazing breakfasts provided every morningTwo bathrooms and two televisionsModern and clean look and feel to the interiorVery comfy and large primary bedroomEffective AC (we needed it :)Washer and Dryer means take everything home clean!Decent kitchen supplies (even a garlic press)Views that take your breath awayBeautiful pools and terraces on the beachNegatives included:No dishwasher (when you're there for two weeks it's a chore)The pull out couch in the living room is basically springs and a thin layer of cotton. Very uncomfortable. There were not enough pillows and bedcoverings to accommodate the sleeping quarters provided. We should not have had to request these.There's really nowhere to walk other than the beach so if you like markets or local shops - be prepared to take a taxi or even better, an uber (guaranteed pricing.We had a negative experience with thugs at night who robbed us and the unit owner's response was to be defensive vs generous. An unfortunate turn of events.
Get your mellow on in the Rooftop pool. Just don't touch/move the chairs - there's some strict rules regarding food/beverage enjoyment and moving the lounge chairs :)

Absolutely Amazing Stay

We had a fantastic experience at this rental! Check-in was smooth and easy, and the location couldn’t have been better—just a short walk to great restaurants and shops. The property itself is beautiful, with multiple pools to enjoy, including an incredible rooftop pool with stunning views. Everything was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!
