Belle plage avant condo dans la merveilleuse ville de Puerto Vallarta! Le moment oĂč vous vous arrivez sont accueillis par une vue imprenable sur la plage. Ce condo est situĂ© Ă  cĂŽtĂ© du centre commercial "La Isla" et comprend l'accĂšs Ă  toutes les commoditĂ©s de l'hĂŽtel. Alors, venez par, nous vous avons sauvĂ©s chaise longue Ă  la piscine avec des serviettes de plage frais et une boisson tropicale sur la baie de Banderas.

Lorsque vous dĂ©cidez de vous aventurer dans la ville il y a amplement de transport. Les bus et les taxis sont facilement disponibles (et trĂšs bon marchĂ©) pour vous emmener oĂč votre coeur dĂ©sire. A proximitĂ© se trouve le Malecon (Seaside Boardwalk) et la vieille ville qui se vante de nombreuses activitĂ©s. Casa Vista Del Mar : un chez nous Ă  la plage

Un appartement privé à soi avec les avantages d'un hÎtel ! Le meilleur des deux mondes. Ce condominium est super bien situé : accÚs aux autobus, Uber, taxis pour les visites. Un food park en face, un centre de magasins à cÎté avec un Starbucks et surtout la meilleure plage du coin pour la baignade et pour la marche. La vue du condo est exceptionnelle. On peut profiter de la terrasse privée avec vue sur mer. Les lits sont confortables et tout le nécessaire pour un agréable séjour est là. Le personnel de l'hÎtel Sunscape est sympathique et on peut acheter de la nourriture au Sunscape truck à partir de midi, si on ne veut pas sortir. Miriam est vraiment une hÎte attentive et sur place, ses représentants sont présents et efficaces au besoin. Nous retournerons avec grand plaisir à la Casa Vista del Mar.

We had a very pleasant stay. We had the pleasure of meeting our host, Jennifer. She was very nice, helpful and accommodating. On our last day, she allowed us to checkout late because our flight wasn’t until late afternoon. The condo is located in a great area. Lots of restaurants and shopping nearby and downtown is a short bus or taxi ride away. The condo was inviting, comfortable and clean. It is located on the Sunscape Resort premises which at times can be noisy due to weddings, parties and activities. However, everything had quieted down around 11 pm. My wife and I enjoyed our stay and would recommend this to anyone.

Owners made a big positive difference!!

The owner and Jennifer were fantastic and we could not have been treated better. Met other condo dwellers and have new friends!!We knew the new hotel owners(Hyatt) would not let us proceed thru the hotel to beach or pool unless we were prepared to pay 75 usd per person per day!! that was and is outrages!! The Hyatt personnel were very rude. We were not the only renters disappointed by this new enforced rule.

The condo itself was good. Just what we needed for size. The 2 beds were comfortable. 2 of my children had to sleep on the pull out couch (which is no big deal normally) however the if they were too far up the bed collapsed back inward on them, the mattress was very skinny and stained. The patio was good with a great view of the ocean. However it was not private as there was only a small chain separating the other patios. So people from the other condos would be able to walk through our patio area. If you stay here and want to use the restaurants you need to pay an extra $150 USD/day per person. We did not know that or that the 5th person in our party had to pay $32 USD/day to be able to also use the pool and beach (we found out that a couple days before arriving. We were not allowed to get any food or beverages on the resort except at the food cart which was not good. And we had to pay on the spot and could only consume the food there. All the lounge chairs were already taken (well people had their stuff on them but they weren’t there) by 8AM. We were only allowed in from 8AM - 8PM. All of the extra information needs to be put into the main info you read before booking. But condo was nice and location was good. And the beer in the fridge was a nice welcome for arrival.

Excellent condo. No complaints. Surprisingly quiet at night as bedrooms are in the middle. 90% of people in the area are "all inclusive".

The condo 5* just as described excellent service from host and very clean. The property 1* When arrived from airport 30 min before check-in would not allow us on property, had to wait outside the gate in heat and sun. Rules strictly followed 8 a.m to 8 p.m use only but on superbowl day cut us of at 5p.m could not watch superbowl game in lounge! property did not enforce no saving loungers rule therefore by 8a.m all were taken.

This property is very dated and could use a major sprucing up. The condo is in an all inclusive resort that caters to young families and as such the pool area and entire resort is filled with screaming kids. The pictures for this rental property lead you to believe that you are in a quiet place, don’t be misled. On top of screaming kids we had to contend with an outdoor wedding reception that was literally right off our deck and played music till just before midnight. On most evenings and nights there was loud music outside along with a lot of pedestrian traffic just outside of our deck sliders. The condo is on level 1 of the building which is the 3 floor because of the lobby and mezzanine floors under us. Thank god we were not higher up in the building cause of the 3 elevators, the center one did not work the entire 3 weeks we were there and on several days one or the other elevator was not functioning as well so we used the stairs a lot to avoid waiting. I’ve read other reviews of this place and the owner was irritated that one of the reviews was criticizing the resort and was not actually reviewing the VRBO condo that had been rented. She wanted to know what they thought of her condo. Sorry lady but even if your condo had been the nicest I had ever seen ( and it isn’t , it’s an old girl that needs major revamping) the rest of the resort just contributes to an already unpleasant stay!! Do yourself a favor and rent somewhere else.

Winter getaway

We stayed 2 weeks and the condo was very comfortable. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen sitting area was nice. Marco was very responsive to our requests. Shopping and restaurants were all in walking distance. This is a very dated resort so not fancy but it was clean. There were a lot of families with children there and so the pool area was busy and loud music all the time. We are seniors so we like something a bit quieter but it was quiet in the room. We recommend the Food Park across the road and about a block away for meals when you don’t want to cook. There is a 2 burner hot plate and pans for cooking, also a microwave and a full size fridge. I was disappointed that we only had cleaning once in the 2 weeks we were there. We ran out of toilet paper and my husband managed to grab a roll from one of the cleaning people at another room. We would stay here again and recommend it for a nice holiday.

Very nice and great location

The condo was perfect, very clean and the communication was great. We loved the location, and we almost went every night to the food park across the street to have dinner and get some drinks. The only thing we did not really liked was the smell on the pool, once you get close to the water the pool smelled like pee, so we opted not to get in and instead go to the beach, but we understand this is nothing to do with the condo. Also staff very nice. Definitely a great condo to stay with the family.

Great Location!

This condo was perfect for our family. It has a great view of the beach and amenities. It is close to so many attractions. We loved the location! Going in and out of the resort was a little bit of a hassle, but we all appreciated the security keeping us safe. The place is a little older, but it had everything we needed, including cold AC and a beautiful patio to hang out outside. Only issues we had were minor, like the elevators were sometimes too full and we had to take the stairs, but it was only 2 flights of stairs and the condos were being renovated, so we had to walk around the work area. Any problems we had were so minor. Everything was very relaxing! Miriam was a great host. Thanks so much for letting us stay here! We had a blast. :)

The property is great. Unfortunately we were not aware that once u put the braclet on your screwed. We were under impression we would enjoy the lounges swim up bar restaurants . Not possible resort takes no credit cards no cash . They do have a food cart only opened noon to 5 there for we had to leave property for breakfast lunch and dinner. Won't go back staff at resort treated us like we ugly step sister.

The unit is very nice, clean well located and has everything you will need. We would definitely stay here again. The only drawback to the trip was Sunscape. They will give you zero options to purchase anything short of their daily all inclusive package. Be prepared to walk for anything needed, morning coffee, ice, meals etc. I understand they are a all inclusive deal but since there are ownership properties on the premise it would be nice if they had a few options to purchase necessities on the property.

We had a wonderful stay at this unit. It was exactly as described. We had a wonderful view of the bay. Communication with the owner was excellent. The location is close to buses, restaurants and stores. Because the condo is attached to an all-inclusive resort, the evenings can get a little noisy, but the noise usually stops at around 11. I would certainly consider returning in the future.

Property was the Holiday Inn. Now One Tower was sold to private owners and other Tower was sold to Sunscape. The two locations were managed differently. The Sunscape did not acknowledge private owners and there was conflict. They tagged us making sure we had strict rules. They gave us towel cards, we had to return towels before 5. We missed the time and were taking them to room, which was not allowed, security took them away and did not give us cards. If not returned. they were going to charge us $150 each towel. We bought 1 day all inclusive pass and had bottle of water left over and took it to our room. Next day returning to our room with some of that water. Security ripped it out of our hand and said we were stealing. The food was not good at the all inclusive. Check out was at 11 AM. Our daughter had a flight out at 6 PM, they would not hold her luggage past 12 and could not stay at the resort. As far as the suite goes not happy, it says can occupy 5 people, we were 3, we had1 hand towel, 1 face cloth, 3 towels. 2 wine glasses, the protected coating on pots was scraped off, releasing toxic compounds, poured a bottle of tequila and juice to make margaritas in blender, everything leaked out the bottom, before this I went to Sunscape for ice, they would not give me any but would charge me $2.50. Toilet seat not secured, had to hold flush lever down to finish flush. AC runs continuous, auto, low or high, room was at 27 degrees when we entered. There was no hot water in kitchen sink, after 4 days I checked under the sink, hot water was shut off. Basic needs, dish soap, ice tray not here. Did not like bottom floor, 17 floors above were throwing butts and debris that landed on our patio. The safe made so much noise, we were scared to put money in in case it would not open. We were told Marco the administrator would come by, he did not show. Miriam gave me emails to contact her or Marco for problems, I sent her 5 emails, on hot mail, & g mail. Not a word or call from anyone. I would not recommend this place.

Very enjoyable stay

Miriam was responsive to all of our issues. The property was in very good condition. Certainly, there are things with the Sunscape that we would have liked that just were not available there - heated pool, jacuzzi, on-site washer and dryer. But that's just the way the resort is. The weather is always warm, so you get used to water quickly. There are pay washers nearby at the Villa Del Palmar. Yeah, the jacuzzi would have been nice - oh well. But the daily activities were fun, and there were good activities in the evening as well. We understand that not every condo owner necessarily pays a heavy fee to allow their guests to use the facilities, and we were extremely happy that Miriam did pay these fees. We were perfectly happy to be on the first floor, and we had a good view of the ocean. Room cleaning is once a week, and although we typically have it more often on vacation, it worked out fine. The only thing we did was wash the hand towel mid-week since we only got one. We also got only one wash cloth - we would have liked more, but we brought our own, so it was not a problem for us. About the only other things that would have been nice in the unit would have been a grocery cart and some reusable grocery bags. But the beds were comfortable, and we loved the location in the hotel zone. Cooking facilities were fine for breakfast and lunch, which we ate most days in the unit. We would definitely stay here again.
