This one-bedroom apartment with an integrated king-size bed and bathroom offers a stylish and comfortable space for up to three people, thanks to an additional king-size spare bed.

The Space:

Welcome back to beautiful Puerto Vallarta

As you can see online, including recent videos from travelers and influencers like Nick Guillory, the city is fully back to normal and shining again. Authorities responded immediately and efficiently. Any temporary one-day disruptions were resolved quickly, and normal operations were restored without lasting impact on the destination.



All our buildings are fully operational, the international airport is running on schedule, and our concierge team is excited to welcome and assist you. The beaches, restaurants, and vibrant atmosphere that make Vallarta so special are here, safe and thriving.

We care a lot for your comfort, all our furnishings, mattresses, and hotel linens were specifically selected for your convenience.



* Master bedroom: comes with 1 king-size bed, and a full private bathroom with bathtub. We provide Soap 50g, Shampoo, Conditioner, Shower Gel & Body Lotion. Also, you'll find a closet with a safe, hangers, a first aid kit, a hairdryer, extra toilet paper, and an iron & iron board.



*2nd bedroom: 1 king-size wall bed, and a private full bathroom. We provide Soap 50g, Shampoo, Conditioner, Shower Gel & Body Lotion.



* Kitchen: fully equipped, with stove, refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, blender, dishwasher, utensils, dishes, and glassware. We also provide olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, pepper, kitchen towels, and paper towels.

This apartment has a great location in the Romantic Zone and near Beach Los Muertos. With a breathtaking ocean view, you'll have sunset views every day. Located in the heights, you'll have the best of both worlds, mountains, and sea.

In La Zona Romantica, you'll be surrounded by awesome restaurants like La Palapa, Margarita's Grill, Joe Jacks Fish Shack, Pancho's Takos, Daiquiri Dick's, Cafe de Olla, Freddy's Tucan, The Pancake House, great bars and nightclubs.



The Neighborhood:

This 7th-floor apartment, located in an incredible Building (SOHO PV) in Puerto Vallarta, is just a few minutes away from beaches, restaurants, bars, theater, discos, spas, salons, ATMs, grocery stores, pharmacies, hospitals...! And important to mention, that the building is pretty safe and quiet.



If you are looking for relaxing and enjoying bath-sun, this is a place for you!

If you come with your loved one, we can help you to prepare a romantic dinner.

And of course, if you come by yourself, the quiet and views will be comforting.



Getting Around:

Uber and taxis are available in the area anytime.



If you require Airport transportation, we have a suburban available for $120 USD. Just let us know if you want the service.



If you have a car, we include private parking with your stay and 24/7 Security.



Other Things to Note:

CHECK-IN: From 3:00 PM. Your concierge will welcome you in the lobby.

CHECK-OUT: At 11:00 AM. Please wait for your concierge to return the keys and check the apartment.

CLEANING: Scheduled cleaning is included in your stay (exceptions may apply).

PETS: ONLY Service animals are admitted with official documentation. $120 USD pet fee per stay.

GARDENING: You must allow the gardeners to enter; otherwise, a $20 USD fee will be charged for each day they are not allowed access.

VISITORS: Max 2 visitors allowed (not overnight). Unauthorized overnight guests will incur a fee.

ENERGY USAGE:

Your stay includes 25 kWh/day. Help us save energy by turning off lights and A/C when not in use.

The unit has NEST AC controllers – we’ll gladly show you how they work.

Recommended settings: 22–24°C (72–75°F), turn off when leaving the apartment. If you set the AC below 72°F, the system will automatically shut off for safety reasons.

HOUSE RULES:

– Keep music volume low

– Smoking is strictly forbidden inside

– Respect the space and the neighbors

Lost key or access card → $70 USD

Stained/ruined towels or sheets → $50 USD per item

Irrecoverably stained rug → $100 USD

Excessively dirty apartment → $200 USD (deep cleaning)

Smoking indoors → $200 USD (professional deodorization)

Unauthorized overnight guests → $200 USD/night per person

Excessive noise or unauthorized party → $150 USD + possible eviction

Biological waste (e.g., excrement outside toilet, used condoms) → $300 USD (specialized disinfection)

Parties, drugs, or prostitution → $500 USD fine + immediate report

Lots of shops near by. The pool is SPECTACULAR! Best rooftop in PV! However, they don’t allow any food or drink of any kind to the pool area. Not even water!

Property was a great location and perfect to bring our dog too, a few issues with losing electrcity frequently, which meant no AC and no lifts.Also the daily cleaning service wasn't regular and kept having to chase for this.Overall a great lcoation, building and great stay.

The property is beautiful, I was not given the room I had booked. I was never informed there was a problem with the PV 708, I was just placed in another unit and noticed it upon arrival. I feel that as the host, someone should have advised me that the room I booked was not available and let the guest determine whether this is ok. The pictures and views were different from the unit I was placed in.

We had a generally pleasant stay. The location is great—within walking distance to the Romantic Zone but just far enough away to avoid the constant buzz. Being slightly uphill, the unit offers a beautiful ocean view. The rooftop infinity pool is a highlight—absolutely stunning and a perfect place to relax.The apartment itself is clean and well-equipped. The kitchen is fully stocked (even though we didn’t cook), and the inclusion of L’Occitane toiletries was a thoughtful touch. Bathrooms are a good size, and the overall space is well maintained.There are a few downsides to note. The building is right off a busy road, so getting in and out—especially at night—requires caution. The second bedroom, which is a sliding-wall partition in the living area, lacks sound insulation and can be quite noisy at night. The glass doors to the patio also don’t provide much noise insulation.The bed linens could use improvement—they’re quite thin and somewhat see-through, revealing the mattress pattern underneath. Furniture is minimal; for example, the master bedroom doesn’t even have a chair, and the second patio is completely bare. Lighting is also limited to ceiling lights—no lamps or accent lighting.One note: the host offers a late checkout until 2 p.m. for a 50 fee. We only needed an extra hour, so we didn’t opt in, but it’s worth knowing they are firm on the standard checkout time.A nice place with beautiful views and great amenities, but some comfort details could be improved.
