We had a great stay, the unit has lovely deck to view the ocean and harbour. The concierge service at the Icon is fantastic for any of your needs or questions. The beach was super with great service form their beach bar, good food, good drinks and great loungers.

Condo is immaculate with comfortable furnishings and beautiful views. We were fortunate to be allowed to check in early which was appreciated. They do not provide soap, shampoo etc so be prepared to bring your own. They also do not supply detergent for the dishwasher. I was told they rely on renters to buy their own and leave any excess for the next guest. The property is nice. There are a lot of rules , especially around the pool area. We saw security enforce with some people and look the other way for others. At times there seemed to be a bit of divide between owners and renters on the property. To purchase anything from the restaurant/bar on site you have to load an Icon card. Any amount unused on the card is not refundable when you leave. Overall a good stay in a very nicely appointed condo. If you’re prepared to follow the many rules on site and ignore some self important people it’s a great place to stay.

Lou has a beautiful one bed condo on 10 th floor with spectacular views of beach/ ocean/ mountains from everywhere u look as all glass with several accesses to deck . First place we have stayed in that didn't have a sewer gas smell in at least one of the rooms . Couch and chair in l/ r comfortable as well as the bed . Seperate a/c units in l/r and bedroom that was great with ceiling fans . Can access bathroom from bedroom and hallway . Lots of towels and bedding nice . Pillows good . Lots kitchen ware . Netflix and prime video . Appreciated the washer / dryer though must bring your own laundry soap . Large shower but shampoo / conditioner not supplied so make sure to bring .Pool area is beautiful ( we were there at busy time so hard to access lounges unless go early .. always lounges on beach though with umbrellas. Ocean swimmable in front of icon vallarta Our only issue was neighboring condo do have two dogs that first day barked alot but after it was not that disturbing .On our check out day no one was booked to come in and we generously were allowed to stay till afternoon when left for airport .. it was very much appreciated . They also stored our luggage day we arrived till check in time . Great condo for anyone vacationing in PV . 2 blocks to large grocery store .

We had a wonderful stay at Lou’s condo in Puerto Vallarta. The unit was as nice in person as it is in the photos. The view is amazing and the location was great. Would absolutely come back!

Fabulous condo

Lou’s condo is amazing. It is very spacious
about 1800 square feet. The condo has a floor to ceiling opening glass wall which opens to a huge wrap around deck. There is a great variety of comfortable outdoor furniture. You can sit outside in the sun or shade at any time. You don’t go to PV to watch screens but after beach and pool time it is neat to have a cable system that lets you choose from 10,500 channels from around the world. There is a very fully equipped kitchen and laundry. There are two huge pools on the premise one adult depth and one kid depth. There is a fun bar/restaurant on the beach with poolside and beach drink service. From the deck you get a great view of the cruise ships arriving to and departing from the marina. All in all a great place for a solo traveller or a couple who is looking for a little luxury while on vacation.

This place is a five star for the view.If you travel all day to reach this destination, make sure you have soap with you if you want to freshen up. Rented condos before, many times, and it was a first for us being told "Icon does not supply of soap as these are private condos"are private condos pConproblem

Iconic!

Great place for a couple with lovely views of Banderas Bay. The beach in front of the property is very suitable for walking. The pools are very pleasant. Grocery stores and restaurants are easily walkable as well. The sliding glass doors on the two sides of this corner unit provide a great cross breeze when opened. The building is very quiet at night, and we like that. We did not use the available food or beverage service but many others did and seemed to like it.

Amazing Views

The floor to ceiling windows allowed for amazing views. The furniture on the balcony was comfortable and everything else was really nice as well. A large grocery store is close by, as well as delicious taco stands behind the Sam's club. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely book again.

Bring Your Binoculars

The view sold me on this condo and it didn’t disappoint. What a pleasure to sit on the balcony (on new furniture) to look out at the ocean where we watched ships come and go plus whales playing in the water. Communication with Lou, the owner, was very easy. The staff at the beach club were great. We enjoyed drinks and food almost every day where we watched the sunset over the ocean. The rules kept order in the complex and didn’t bother us. I would recommend this condo for anyone needing some R&R.

Amazing Condo with beautiful view of Ocean

We are so happy we selected this specific property at the Icon. From initial communication with the owner, to final check out, everything was perfect. Lou responded to my questions immediately, and when he put me in contact with the property management team - they were just as great (Gabby and Karine!) So accommodating to our needs and check in time, to allowing us to have a little later check out due to our flight time. The suite itself has everything you need. It was very clean, well appointed, bed was comfy and you can't beat the view! Perfect view of the sunset! The balcony had plenty of seating. Overall, the Icon itself was very nice. Pool was nice, pool bar and restaurant was convenient and again can't beat the location - right on the beach. I highly recommend selecting this specific condo unit for your stay in PV. You won't be disappointed!

Wonderful stay!

The unit was very well equipped and the check in process was smooth and very professional. Got a little noisy on the living room side in the evenings but we recognized that our stay was over a peak period. Would definitely stay again.

A GREAT STAY

I'm a seasoned Puerto Vallarta fan and have lived/visited PV for years. The Icon is a lovely place with a friendly staff and quality of lifestyle that will not disappoint. I enjoyed the coworking space they had, made a new friend or two, enjoyed the restaurant, beach bar and especially the view. Huricane Lydia gave us a scare but the building seems to be very weel constructed to obstain any surprises that mother nature may deliver from time to time. I will return and soon.

Amazing week at the Icon!

We are in the airport after one of our best holidays ever. From the start, the owner Lou was so quick to respond as we planned our trip. We were greeted by Gabriela, who showed us to the condo and got us set up. Gabriela is amazing and was available for questions and support throughout our week. So grateful. The condo has amazing views of both the sunrise and sunset. The breeze was lovely. Special thanks to Hector and Carlos for the poolside service! Also Ivan kept us all in check and was great to talk to. All staff were always friendly and we were greeted with smiles. People have talked about the ‘rules’ and we found them to enhance the tranquility of the complex. So nothing but positive experiences for us. We will be back. Thank you Icon Vallarta.
