Summary:

Fabulous Views! On a pristine stretch of pure sand beach in Las Conchas in Rocky Point. The resort has excellent Swimming pool area and community hot tub.

Gourmet kitchen, nice living room, and stunning patios! Main patio is complete with private hot tub and comfortable furniture. The master suite has a King bed, large bathroom and jacuzzi tub. Queen bed in the 2nd bedroom with a walk in shower. The 3rd bedroom has a kitchenette, a Queen bed and a sofa bed! Perfect condo for the entire family!



The Space:

Two different Patio's. Main Patio faces West and provides amazing views during the day, outstanding views at sunset and views of the city in the distance at night. The second patio faces East and has vast views of the beautiful Estuary. You can have sun or shade at anytime during the day, with either Patio.

Las Conchas is a premier tourist beach destination, located in the city of Puerto Peñasco, a stunning coastal destination! With its pristine beaches and breathtaking views, Las Conchas is a paradise for beach lovers. Whether you're looking to relax on the sand, swim in crystal-clear waters, kayak, or simply soak up the sun, Las Conchas has it all. Some other popular activities are Standup Paddleboarding, banana boating, sunset cruises, whale and dolphin sightings, and enjoying excellent Mexican food and seafood.



Getting Around:

Its about a 10 minute drive to downtown for shopping and restaurants. You can drive or take taxis.

The condo doesn't come with a laundry room for guests to use but you can get laundry done by the staff for a fee.

Beautiful views, easy access to the beach; it almost felt like a private beach during our stay. The condo was gorgeous and easily held 9 of us. Would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic condo in Las Conchas! The Tessoro condo was fantastic for my family. The sunsets from the private balcony were heavenly. The infinity pool was very relaxing and we were only steps away from a peaceful stretch of beach. Sarah made the check-in and check-out process very easy and communications for the stay were very prompt. The reservation came with a covered parking spot and a semi-private elevator which were extremely convenient. Our family enjoyed the hot tub on the balcony and the modest workout room in the main pavilion area. We will definitely be back!

lovely, relaxing, excellent host

Nice, easy condo with a gorgeous view from the deck. Super easy beach and pool/hot tub access, with a large and uncrowded beach. At low tide rocky areas and little tide pools are exposed - we saw crabs, rays, pretty fish and lots of other small creatures. Condo staff was very friendly and helpful and we appreciated and enjoyed our interactions. The host Sarah was great! We had some minor issues with the shower and a power outage and she was proactive and responsive, and gave us a bit of a refund which I would not have asked for/expected given how minor the issues were. Certainly appreciated it though! Very simple reasonable checkout too.

Beautiful Condo

We absolutely loved the condo. It was immaculate and well stocked. We didn’t cook at home so we drove into town only to eat, which was a quick 15 minutes. We loved being away from the hustle and bustle of Rocky Point and so close to the estuary where we kayaked everyday. Our only complaint was the resort grounds were not maintained. The pools were dirty, the pool chairs were worn and the beautiful tiki hut sat empty. I would love to open a bar and restaurant in it. We will definitely book again as I slept so soundly and returned to Phoenix very relaxed.

Beautiful Unit with Gorgeous View

We enjoyed our stay in this unit. It is well stocked and VERY clean. The beds are comfortable and the view is amazing. The beach is pristine and the grounds are pretty. When we did have an issue, Sarah in management handled it immediately and it was quickly resolved. Thank you to Scott and Sarah for your excellent customer service.

Amazing views

We celebrated my sisters 50th birthday. This exceeded our expectations. The view was amazing! The condo was clean and was stocked with all of kitchen dishes needed. We are definitely coming back with the kids next year.

Lovely and Relaxing Stay

We went with a group of friends and really loved the location. It was wonderful being able to choose between the pool and the ocean. The hot tub was a plus. The place does seem very family friendly and was a nice low key stay. The unit was well equipped in the kitchen. Would definitely go back.

Endless ocean views in absolute comfort.

Tessoro #1003 was amazing, from the time you park in the underground garage you can just let go of your stresses, the welcoming staff helped unload our truck and took us to the condo and helped unload. As soon as you get off the elevator at your front door, you are blown away with the endless ocean views. The condo is huge with 3 large bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, the kitchen is amazing with granite and stainless steel. Everything was well stocked, the beds were comfortable, and everything was nice and clean up on arrival. The pool and ocean are enough to not want to leave the resort, but if you do decide to, town is a short 10 minute drive away, it was a little cold to hit the pool this trip but I sure look forward to going back when it's warmer to enjoy that. What I loved most was the quiet and privacy, I think we only saw one other family there this weekend, we basically had the whole resort to ourselves! The owner was awesome, easy to get a hold of and was in communication with me anytime I had questions, I will definitely be using this one again!
