The resort features easy beach access right in front to relax. The resort has very large lap pool, Kid pool and Hot Tub overlooking the ocean. Community is gated and has patrol staff 24 hrs. There is a convenience store and a pool side bar.

Our three-bedroom condo is nestled in the beautiful neighborhood of Sandy Beach in Puerto Peñasco. Sandy Beach offers a pristine coastline with soft, golden sand and a tranquil atmosphere, making it an ideal destination for a beach vacation.

Parts of the resort are under construction and there may be some noise during the daytime.

The gym is owned separately but guests can buy a pass to use the gym by the day/week.
