Deluxe Salty Therapy Jacuzzi/BBQ Bella Sirena

This breathtaking 2 story ocean view penthouse in the upscale Bella Sirena resort is your ticket to living the good life! Located in the D building. The wide-open split floor plan has both first floor bedrooms facing the beach, each with access to the patio where you can enjoy the sound of the ocean and the beautifully manicured grounds of this luxury resort. The master suite is located on the second floor with a large patio including a Jacuzzi tub and built in BBQ.

Maximum occupancy according to the HOA is 10 persons over the age of 5. We currently have beds to comfortably sleep 10 people: 1 king bed with a private bath, 1 king bed and a sofa sleeper with a hall bath. In the guest bedroom on the first floor, there is also a bunk bed with two queen-sized beds. On the second level, you’ll enjoy our third bedroom with a king bed and en-suite bathroom.

Access with nightly pricing includes whole first level of Penthouse: Kitchen, Dining, Laundry, Living, 3 Bedrooms, 3 Bathrooms & Patio just off Living Room.

-Please DO NOT not disconnect or change any cables, plugs or cords connected to WI-FI, Phone or TV's.

Please use with caution & for your protection and safety:
-DO NOT leave children unattended.
-DO NOT leave Jacuzzi running when not in use
-NEVER fill Jacuzzi with water, please contact me if you need assistance or you will be liable for any water damages that may occur.
-Please put bromine tablet in Jacuzzi after usage (under cabinet beneath Jacuzzi)
-DO NOT leave grille unattended & please be sure to CLOSE VALVE to the propane tank after usage.
-PLEASE bring cushions inside if the winds should pick up in the evening.

Bella Sirena has 4 pools, 3 Jacuzzis, swim-up bar and restaurant/lounge, large exercise facility with state-of-the-art equipment.

Our office is open from 9am to 5pm. In case of any emergencies outside of these hours, you can reach via chat, and we'll be happy to assist you. We can also recommend Restuarant's and activities to do in rocky point, and we'll be delighted to help you.

Bella Sirena is the most luxurious resort on all of Sandy Beach with close proximity to many wonderful restaurants.

Please remember Bella Sirena has the highest standards to protect the enjoyment of your stay; thus, the HOA has placed strict rules on Maximum number of guests & for our 2 Bedroom Condos; which is 6 adults (children under 5 years old do not count).

If you have more, please let me know & we will reserve you another 1, 2 or 3 bedroom unit for your group. Security will turn you away at the gates if you have more than 6 :( Renters are not allowed to bring pets:( There is a great pet hotel in town if you need arrangements, just let us know.

We reserve the right without penalty, restrictions or refunds/discounts to relocate to another 2 bedroom property onsite at Bella Sirena should there be an unscheduled maintenance need out of our control in order to make your stay more pleasant; such as, HVAC Failure, Plumbing Failure. We will only do this in the most extenuating circumstances and our other properties are very high quality as well. We do this to secure your stay at Lovely Bella Sirena and to not impact your vacation plans as much as we possibly can. (WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS FOR ANY FAILURE OF EQUIPMENT THAT NEEDS REPAIRS WHILE YOU ARE IN THE CONDO. WE TAKE GREAT MEASURES & EFFORTS TO MAKE SURE EVERYTHING IS WORKING PROPERLY; HOWEVER, THINGS DO BREAK DOWN FROM TIME TO TIME AND WE WILL DO OUR VERY BEST EFFORTS TO REPAIR DURING YOUR STAY TO MINIMIZE IMPACT AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE. (Including but not limited to: Resort Amenities, WI-FI, Telephone, HVAC, Grille, Plumbing etc...)

Per HOA Rules & regulations:
- All Off Road Vehicles have a special designated parking area inside the gates of Bella Sirena and are secure with our 24 hour Security Staff & the gates remain closed.
- No loud music/noises after 10:00pm.
-No pets allowed to guests renting; however, there are owners who have pets & there is a leash requirement.
-No Smoking in the property or public areas of Bella Sirena. Per Mexico, you are permitted to smoke outside the front gates or on the beach.
-Supervise children when in Pools.
-Please obey all laws of Mexico.
-Please DO NOT not disconnect or change any cables, plugs or cords connected to WI-FI, Phone or TV's.
