Overlooking one of the most exclusive and private resorts in Puerto Peñasco, this beautiful Bella Serena condo, Unit 501D is the perfect vacation getaway, offering unobscured ocean views that will surely take your breath away. Bella's lush surroundings offer a garden stroll to the Sea of Cortez and 5 swimming pools, including a swim up pool bar, 2 hot tubs, & gym on site. Centrally located within the Sandy Beach community and close to the famous Bandito's & Wrecked at the Reef Restaurants.

This corner unit condo boasts an extra large private balcony and 2 bedroom both with King beds and balcony access. There is a full kitchen for preparing home cooked meals or making frozen cocktails to enjoy on the balcony. There is also a Queen air mattress and fold out cot in the unit for the kids.

Parking is free for guests. Wrist bands provided at check in. Guest have access to all of Bella Sirena Resorts amenities including 4 swimming pools, Swim Up Lounge & Grill, gym, tennis court, putting green, and the beach.

Coming from the US, you need to get to Lukeville AZ.
Lukeville is on the border between USA and Mexico, once you cross the border, you will be in Sonoyta, Mexico.
Continue on the main road and follow the signs to Puerto Peñasco. You will then be on Highway 8.
When you get to Rocky Point or Puerto Peñasco, go over the new bridge and turn right at the first stoplight on Samuel Ocaña Avenue. Keep on this road past the railroad tracks, keep going past Pemex at the roundabout and exit to your right, you'll soon see an arch welcoming you to Sandy Beach Resorts. Go right at the first exit of the roundabout. Continue passed the first street on the left and turn into the next resort. Go immediately to the left of the gate, before entering. The HOA/Check in desk is located there. The staff will provide you with wristbands and a car tag to be used during your stay. Staff will provide directions to the condo but will not have the door code. The door code will be provided by us in your check in instructions 1 day before you arrival.

Please note that a $300 security deposit hold will be placed on your payment method the day before your arrival, and will be released within 7 days if there is no damage.

Quiet hours at Bella Sirena are 9 pm to 9 am.

BELLA SIRENA RESORT RULES & REGULATIONS

"Zero Tolerance" rules and regulation policy and failure to abide by these rules will result in immediate removal from the property. Bella Sirena reserves the right to remove guests from the property at any time. We strongly advise you to read the entire rules and regulations list. If you are removed from the property there will be NO refund.

Contact your rental agency or owner with any issues you may have during your stay. DO NOT contact the HOA or FRONT DESK OFFICE

Occupancy limits for this 2 bedroom condo are 6 guests total.

• Do not hang articles (e.g., wet towels or clothes) over the railings or any other place in the resort.
• Do not remove items from the condo (e.g., bath towels, dishes, glasses, flatware)
• Take out the trash. The "trash rooms" are located by the elevator on every floor.
• NO PETS
• Drugs and explosive, hazardous, flammable, or dangerous materials are prohibited on property
• NO SMOKING OR VAPING. SMOKING AND VAPING ARE ILLEGAL IN MEXICO.
• ATVs, skateboards, scooters, drones etc. cannot be used on the property. Your ATV must be parked in the office parking lot
• All vehicles at the complex must have a current parking pass.
• No glass at the pool. Coolers are only allowed in the lower pool near the beach and the side pools.
• Proper swim attire for adults and swimming diapers are required for babies at any pool.
• No diving or running around the pool areas and children should be under the supervision of an adult.
• Noise and foul language are never acceptable.
• Rental agency and HOA wristbands must be worn at all times. They will be issued by the Security Guards at the entrance or from the office outside the gates.
• No outside guests. Only registered guests up to the occupancy limit are allowed.
• Dry off before entering the gym. Proper gym shoes must be worn, no flip-flops.
• Pool and Grill areas are open from 9 am to 9 pm.
• Beach pool (summertime) Is open from 6 am to 10 pm.
• Fitness Center is open from 6 am to 10 pm.
