Double booked

We were very excited to stay in this penthouse. We had driven 4 hours to las palomas and when we arrived we were told our condo we had rented over 1 month ago was double booked and we did not have a room. When i called and texted the owner multiple times, it took him until the next day to reply. When he did he seemed to not care and there was not an apology. He said it was a computer issue which is not what las palomas said. He did not tell las palomas he had booked it. Fortunately las palomas had another condo for us and they were very nice to us the entire trip. Beware renting through this owner.

Gorgeous penthouse

Incredible location on the top floor. View from balcony is outstanding! Furniture and amenities are top notch. The only complaint is that on a windy day, the noise coming through the sliding doors is difficult to deal with, especially in the master bedroom. I would recommend earplugs, for sure!

Peace at last

5 night stay over Spring Break with my wife & 3 adult children. If you’ve been to Phase 1 or 2 during this time, the teens tend to take over the resort. But not here at Phase 3. It was quiet and the , hot tub, pool and pool bar were not crowded at all. This is the most beautifully designed condo in the entire resort. We fell in love with it and will return. We did have trouble with getting stove & dishwasher to work but we adjusted. Thanks so much for making our vacation perfect.

Awesome Place

The room is amazing. unobstructed view(for a few more years) of Sandy Beach. The patio is huge and great comfortable furniture. It was windy on beach but glass wall on patio allowed for comfortably soaking up the sun protected from wind. The condo is ultra modern and presents beautifully. No wait for elevators as the tower is likely only half full. Easy access. Can't say enough good things about the feel of the unit. The pool is nice and the bar is open but think most people still stroll over to Phase II. Which is great as the position of the condo has you in a spot to have a shorter walk to the beach and Phase 2 pool than most people in Phase II. Super convenient. Phase II has a great coffee and pastry shop and a nice restaurant. Our family has been loyal Bella Sirena fans for years but we will return to this unit. It is great.

Amazing property, modern, high-, Tech. Amaxing amenities in the property and at the resort. The most incredible view. Immaculately furnished with a fantastic owner who immediately responds to all needs or concerns. Highly recommended.

Beautiful New Condo

Condo was new and beautiful. It has everything you could need. There were some new construction issues that were no fault of the owner and he handled it the best he could from a distance. It was a minor inconvenience to us and he made sure we were taken care of. We will definitely be back!
