This Vacation home Is located within 10 minutes from the Malecon and restaurants of charming downtown Rocky Point. You will enjoy stunning sunsets over the Sea of Cortez and beautiful beaches, Located on the 3rd row 3 minute walk away from the beach. This luxury house is fully equipped with a Propane built in BBQs on 1sf floor Next To Pool And Private Patio where you will enjoy the beautiful Back Yard Desings And Landscaping Decorations seating area On The Fron Of Property Where You Will Enjoy The Beutifull Sunset, setting area Is Lotated On Terrace Where You Can Tanned Your Self And Enjoy A Relaxed Massage And Enjoy Of All The Beutiful Views.

This vacation home is in a secure community of Las Conchas with 24-hour security guards. with a 3 car garage and 2 extra parking spots on front of garage with washer and dryer available for your use.

The Master bedroom is equipped with a King bed And A Sofe Bed, with ocean views, 50'' tv and one full bathroom, with an amazing ocean view, that walks you straight to a private pool. Living room has a 70’’ tv with 2 sofa beds for more accommodation, 2nd room with king size bed Next To Back Patio And Pool And 50'' Tv, 3rd room with king size bed and a 50’’ tv, 4th room with queen bed, 5th room with Two queen size bed And 50'' Tv with Own Balcony. 6th Room Small Room Perfect For Kids, Beautiful kitchen with all included island and 4 barstools

This was a modern spacious house that comfortably held three of our families for a reunion! We were walking distance to beach, lovely kitchen & bedrooms, and we had access to the garage to park our truck & SUV!Will stay there again!

We enjoyed our stay very much! Just so the owners are aware the microwave is not user friendly and we ended up not being able to use it. One of the upstairs bathrooms has a handle that falls off in the bathroom shower. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us!! We will be back!

This home has it all. Beautiful day and nighttime views from rooftop deck
not to mention cooling breezes. Fully stocked kitchen for gatherings/meals. Refreshing pool. Very comfortable beds and quality linens. We are already looking forward to our next visit!

Beautiful spacious house

This house has plenty of room for your big group, it has 6 bedrooms, one of them is a small room without windows but the rest are spacious with balconies or outside access. The bathrooms are big and beautifully tiled. We enjoyed cooking in the kitchen, however the stove and microwave are very high tech and took some getting used to. We enjoyed all that the house had to offer, beautiful rooftop view, the pool and lounging area and front patio as well. I would stay here again if we were to stay in Los Conchas.

Company retreat

Had a great time, and Facio was so great and easy to work with. Honestly we had so many changes, and he was able to help get answers or adjust stay when available. Very grateful for his ease to work with and graceful approach. Next time we are also looking to rent out his other beautiful property just down the street. As we will have a few more people and both properties are just beautiful! Thanks for the wonderful experience!

Great vacation in Las Conchas!

This was probably the nicest place we have stayed in Rocky Point. The home was wonderfully decorated and spotless. The beach is a five minute walk. There is a pool which can be heated for an additional $75 per stay. This was helpful but wish we had known beforehand about the additional cost. Will be staying here again!

The house is very nice and elegant, there is e few things that i thought could use some help like clossets in every bedroom .be ause there is no pla e to put you're clothes. And the beach acces is kind of hard for some people.othet than thateverything was very nice.

Absolutely loved this house... I've been to puerto penasco quite a few times and this is easily the best house I've stayed at... Erasmo was always in communication and helpful.. Pool and rooms are amazing..
