DISREGARD VRBO GOOGLE MAP PLACEMENT. CHECK GOOGLE MAP,LAS CONCHAS,1ST HOUSE, HEART ICON. Just steps from the beach! This spacious suite can sleep up to 6. There is a King bed and 1 twin bed, 1 futon fold out bed, best suited for smaller people. A kitchenette is in a separate room to prepare your own meals. TV has NETFLIX station and WI-FI is available, sometimes âIffyâ in Mexico. Great view of ocean from attached Patio with ceiling fan. Perfect for relaxing or late nite chats while enjoying ocean breezes. Tired of boring colors in your rentals? Enjoy the brilliant colors of Mexico in this traditional Pancho Villa Rental!
Common areas include an outside palapa with table and BBQ and outside bathroom. There are two, 2- man kayaks, free for your use. The third-floor patio with spiral stairs has an amazing view of the ocean. There is a full kitchen, BBQ, grill for large groups, shaded Patio Set, full dining table sits 6 and a bathroom to eliminate all those trips up and down the stairs. Night-time lights up Las Conchas with brilliant string lights. Our home is the closest to the front gate, 24 hour Guarded Entrance. SAFE PARKING, NO WORRY ABOUT VANDALISM OR THEFT! Taxis, food delivery and catering are close and fast. We are easy to find, closer to town and popular areas, restaurants and beaches. Other homes in Las Conchas can be as far as 5 to 7 miles farther.
The SIX store has all basic foods, beer and ice. It is a must to dine at the new full-service restaurant, Los Patrones, next to the SIX store, serving excellent food and delivery in Las Conchas. All this is walking distance, maybe 2 blocks. One Car parking in back of home. Trailers will have to be parked at the Guard Gate. You will find yourself coming back to enjoy the pleasure this Suite offers as often as you can.
