In Puerto Aventuras, you will enjoy an excellent family vacation due to its perfect location in the heart of the Riviera Maya. It is a true destination in itself because you will never have to leave the resort to enjoy good food, scuba diving, deep-sea fishing, fly fishing, parasailing, kitesurfing, golf, tennis, day trips, spa parties, and $25 one-hour massages, among many other activities.

There is a shopping area with shops within a minute's walk and a large grocery store across the street from the resort.

This lagoon-front condo is located on the first floor and offers spectacular views of the lagoon and the pool, just a 3-minute walk from the beach.

The spacious living and dining area is designed with your total comfort in mind for rest and vacation. The living room has two two-seater sofas and a large SMART TV. There is full high-speed internet with Netflix. The dining area and living room with sliding windows open to a beautiful covered terrace with an outdoor dining table, sun lounger, and barbecue.

The kitchen is fully equipped and features a marble bar and dining area.

The master bedroom has a king-size bed a full bathroom, and a large-screen TV. The guest bedroom has 2 double beds with a separate bathroom with a shower and a large TV, accommodating 6 people in total. The condo comes fully equipped, including beach towels. There are sun loungers on the terrace, by the pool, and on the beach. During the day, you can enjoy our spacious and serene paradise, and then walk to the lively and colorful marina in 2 minutes.

The beach is just steps from your door. The weather in this area is around 80 degrees most of the year, and the humidity is low due to the ocean breeze. We rarely need to use air conditioning.

You can snorkel on the most beautiful beach in the Puerto Aventuras area. The beach stretches for 1 mile for a morning walk. There is a large bar and restaurant right on the beach, and palapas for private use by residents are on their private property. Two dive shops are just a 5-minute walk from the main gate, and many beautiful reefs are just a short boat ride from the resort.

A 2-minute walk from the marina, you'll find numerous restaurants, shops, deep-sea fishing opportunities, swimming with dolphins, parasailing, dinner cruises, scuba diving, and excursions to all Riviera Maya destinations.

The restaurants around the marina and on the beach offer exquisite dishes and seafood, Mexican, Italian, and American cuisine. Many of the restaurants are run by Americans and all speak perfect English. There are plenty of shops around the marina filled with marine life. It's fun to sit in a restaurant and watch dolphins swimming with enthusiastic tourists.

There is also a wide variety of tours. A short drive from the resort brings you to spectacular beaches, cenotes, water parks, ruins, nightlife, and shopping. Cancun and Playa del Carmen are a short drive away. Another favorite is taking the ferry to Cozumel with the best diving in the Riviera Maya. We also have several dive shops in the resort and excellent diving is just 5 minutes by boat.

There are spectacular ruins 20 minutes south of the resort in Tulum or drive another hour and see the highest ruin in Chichen Itza. The Coba ruins are also a must-visit. Check out the beach in Tulum and be sure to eat at Ty's restaurant on the beach, offering fresh seafood dishes added to curry.

There are three spectacular water parks called Xel Ha, Xcaret, and Explor. You can touch turtles, stingrays, and parrots in these parks and see sharks, fish, and all native wildlife, including pumas. Explor has a series of the world's best zip lines. We really enjoy floating through the rivers and cenotes in these parks. The restaurants and beaches in these parks are out of this world and usually include all you can eat and drink at the admission price.

This resort is completely secure and behind a guarded entrance. We have had no problems with theft, harassment, or issues. There are no vendors on the beaches. One of the best hospitals in Mexico is just 15 minutes away. There is a large grocery store right across the road from the resort entrance.

Come and enjoy Puerto Aventuras. We bought a condo in the Riviera Maya before making our investment in this resort, and it is by far the most exclusive, safe, and enjoyable resort in the area. Villas del Mar is by far the best condo and the beach and grounds of Puerto Aventuras.
