Casa Franzosi – A stay between lake, nature, taste and culture



In the heart of Valtènesi, in Puegnago del Garda, between the waters of Lake Garda and the gentle morainic hills of the province of Brescia, Casa Franzosi is a refined charming residence where true luxury is expressed through simplicity and understated elegance.



Designed to harmoniously blend with the surrounding landscape, Casa Franzosi embraces the concept of quiet luxury through contemporary architecture, clean lines, natural materials and carefully selected details. Every choice has been guided by the desire to enhance the character of the area without altering its identity, creating a place where comfort meets authenticity and luxury is expressed through the beauty of things done well.



Each apartment takes its name from one of the winery’s labels, telling a different story and expressing a unique facet of the Franzosi family identity.



The property features five exclusive apartments, surrounded by the greenery of the olive groves. The shared areas are designed to offer guests a relaxed and carefree stay: a beautiful, generously sized swimming pool, an elegant sun terrace where guests can enjoy the Garda sunshine, and a shared laundry room are available to all guests.



Despite being immersed in nature, Casa Franzosi enjoys a privileged location. The beaches of Lake Garda can be reached in just ten minutes by car, while a pleasant walk leads to the historic centre of Puegnago del Garda, where the authentic rhythm of the village is accompanied by local shops, small boutiques, a gourmet restaurant and one of the most evocative panoramic viewpoints in the area.



Leccino



Part of Casa Franzosi, the Leccino apartment stands out for its contemporary and intimate character, discreetly immersed in the landscape of Valtènesi. Located in a partially underground position with a ground-floor entrance, it has been carefully designed to make the most of the natural light while creating a welcoming, intimate and comfortable atmosphere.



The large floor-to-ceiling windows are one of the apartment’s distinctive features. They allow natural light to flood the interiors and open directly onto the private terrace, set slightly lower than the main garden area.



This private outdoor space is furnished with a table and chairs, making it the perfect place to enjoy breakfast outdoors, relax or simply spend peaceful moments surrounded by the greenery and tranquillity of Casa Franzosi.



Living area



The interiors are arranged as an elegant open-plan space, where the living area and kitchen come together in a harmonious and functional setting.



The living area features a comfortable sofa and Smart TV, while the fully equipped kitchen provides everything guests need to enjoy a comfortable and independent stay.



Guests can choose between a filter coffee machine and a Nespresso machine, allowing everyone to start the day with their preferred coffee.



Sleeping area



A refined partition wall visually separates the living area from the sleeping area, creating a pleasant distinction between the spaces while maintaining the brightness and continuity of the open-plan layout.



The sleeping area is complemented by a convenient walk-in wardrobe, offering ample space for clothing, luggage and personal belongings while keeping the apartment tidy and harmonious.



The bathroom



The bathroom has been designed as a bright and functional space. A well-lit anteroom with washbasin leads through a door to the more private area, where the shower and WC are located.



This thoughtful layout provides practicality and comfort while maintaining a clear separation between the washbasin area and the bathroom facilities.



Swimming pool



Set in a secluded area away from the apartments, the beautiful shared swimming pool offers the perfect balance between relaxation and activity.



Its generous dimensions invite guests to enjoy a refreshing swim or simply unwind in the water, while the elevated sun terrace with comfortable sun loungers provides the perfect setting to slow down and enjoy the light, tranquillity and beauty of Valtènesi.



Parking



Just a few metres from Casa Franzosi, guests can conveniently park their car inside an olive grove owned by the Franzosi family.



A simple and authentic detail that adds extra convenience to the stay and allows guests to experience the genuine rural character of the area from the very beginning.
