Guests are granted complete access to the entire residence. For your convenience, a self-check-in system is in place, facilitated by a smart lock that utilizes an exclusive code designated solely for your use.



We cannot guarantee an early check-in before 4pm as we need time to make sure this property is perfect for you before your stay! Please message us on the day of your arrival to see if the property is ready no earlier than 2pm.



Check-in Process: All guests will need to complete our secure, online ID Verification process to receive the door code and check-in instructions. Similar to hotels requiring photo ID upon check-in, we ask that guests provide a copy of their Government Issued ID, matching selfie and credit card to verify identity. This is used to prevent fraudulent reservations, identity verification and for the safety of all guests and homes. We take data security very seriously. The property has convenient driveway parking, and major roads like Highway 50 provide quick access to Downtown Pueblo and surrounding areas. Colorado Springs and Colorado Springs Airport (COS) are about 55 minutes away, while rideshare services like Uber and Lyft are available in the Pueblo area.

Dog Policy:



This house is dog-friendly. Please be respectful of those who will stay after you by cleaning up all pet waste and disposing of it in the large trash bins. Thank you in advance!

One dog is welcome for an additional fee of $75 per week. All dogs must be approved prior to check-in. No other animals are permitted unless they are service animals, for which no fees apply.



Security Cameras:

-One camera is located outside at the front door, facing the entrance area.

-Another camera is located outside at the back door, facing the backyard/entry area.

-Both cameras are active and recording video for security purposes. There are no cameras inside the property.



Quiet Hours begin at 10:00pm per city ordinance. Please be courteous of the neighbors during your stay.



Type of Cooling for the Home

Central AC units are best kept at 68 degrees or above. Due to the lack of humidity in the area if the thermostat is lowered below 68 degrees it is possible that it can freeze the unit if it is working too hard. Unfortunately, it will take 24 hours for the unit to defrost before an HVAC specialist can service it. Our evenings are generally cool in the summertime, simply opening the windows will provide extra natural coolness.

-Please review the sleeping arrangements prior to booking.

-Please keep all trash secure in the bins. Do not leave any trash out overnight for your safety and the surrounding active wildlife in the city's area.

-We do not have onsite maintenance or cleaning unlike hotels but all requests will be taken care of ASAP.
