Welcome to beautiful Oceanside Condominiums! This condo is the top corner unit, offering exceptional views of Cape Cod Bay and the Cape Cod National Seashore Sand Dunes. Cook in the fully stocked kitchen and enjoy your meal from the dining area, which offers views of the ocean, or step outside to the balcony for an even better view of the beach and ocean, as well as the sand dunes.

Rest comfortably on the queen-sized beds, purchased new in 2023. Both bedrooms are comfortably sized for mature adults seeking a quiet getaway to Cape Cod, or for a family of up to 4 people. The bedrooms offer one closet, and ample dresser drawer space. Enjoy the Cape Cod themed wall art throughout the freshly painted unit.

The recently updated kitchen offers ample cooking supplies, an apartment sized refrigerator, and an open concept connection to the living room for family and friend conversation. The unit offers recently updated Air Conditioning and Heating (2023).

It gets even better outside! Just a one-minute walk down the complex driveway to the exclusive boardwalk access to the beach. This beautiful beach offers limited access to residents and renters, so there is usually space to setup your spot for the day and enjoy the view of Pilgrim Monument and Provincetown Harbor. This condo offers incredibly easy access to the beach, and an easy walk to/from the condo to use the restroom, prepare a quick snack, or to freshen up and head to Commercial Street for dinner.
The condo has two beach chairs and up to four beach towels for guests to enjoy while at the beach.

The condo complex is located on Commercial Street near the Provincetown / Truro line. The bus stop just outside the complex entry offers easy access to downtown Provincetown, which offers an incredible variety of shopping, entertainment, dining, grocery, boating, and more! The condo complex offers ample parking in a private parking lot steps from the condo – we provide a guest parking pass for vehicles. The parking and transportation situation here is awesome!

This condo complex is comprised of year-round residents, seasonal residents, and renters like yourselves. The complex is comprised of ten buildings, with four units per building. Every other building offers coin laundry in the basement, available to all residents and renters. We STRONGLY ADVISE that parties, gatherings, or groups may not be most comfortable in our condo. We ask all of our guests to be respectful and mindful of the downstairs neighbors who are friendly, kind, and welcoming year-round residents. Our condo is best suited for small families or adults seeking a quiet getaway. We know Ptown can be a place to party, and if you are looking for a place to party, we kindly and regretfully ask that you seek a more suitable rental location. This will ensure a wonderful experience for you, our guests, and our kind neighbors and friends.

While we love dogs, and have some of our own, unfortunately the complex bylaws prohibit us from allowing our renters to bring pets, so we regret to inform you that pets are not permitted for renters.
