The Space:

A 3,800 sq ft, two-story villa sitting just 2 blocks from Long Bay Beach, kitesurfers' paradise, with sweeping ocean and sunset views from wrap-around balconies on both levels.



Bedrooms & Bathrooms

Three king suites, each with a private rainfall shower and 49" smart TV. Two suites open onto private balconies; one is on the main level. A sofa bed accommodates up to 8 guests total.



Living, Dining & Kitchen

Bright open-plan living with a 55" smart TV, fully equipped kitchen (gas stove, dishwasher, microwave), dining table, breakfast bar, workspace, washer/dryer, and AC throughout.



Outdoors

Private pool, sun loungers, covered patio, gas BBQ, hammock, swing, outdoor shower, gym, playground, and free parking — all in a lush tropical garden.



The Beach

Long Bay is a kitesurfer's paradise — 3 miles of white sand and crystal-clear water, no deeper than 6 ft, extending up to a mile offshore. Grace Bay is also nearby. Beach essentials, including sun loungers and games, are provided. We provide portable beach chairs, a cooler, and umbrellas. We also have lounge beach chairs on the beach with signage for "Turks Haven Villas Guest".

You’ll have full, exclusive access to the home.



The Neighborhood:

The Villa is located in the Long Bay Community on Long Bay Beach drive. This area is famous for High end Villas and Luxury Home. Its a Kite boarder Paradise with the beach in front only 1 - 5 feet deep for approximately 200 meter out. Breath taking Views! Horse back riding a block away and only five min from the Grace Bay area. I love it and I know you will.....



Getting Around:

Taxi's on Island are very expensive, however scooters and bicycles are available for rental.



Other Things to Note:

What We Provide

Beach essentials, bath essentials (soap, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, toilet paper) and basic cleaning supplies (garbage bags, paper towels, dish soap), plus welcome snacks and a few bottles of water. These are not restocked during your stay.



Cleaning

Daily housekeeping is not included. A mid-stay clean can be arranged for an additional fee — just ask in advance.



Rates & Electricity

- Base rate covers up to 6 guests; maximum occupancy is 8. Additional guests are $65 + tax per person/night.

- Electricity is included up to 350 kW/week. Any overage is charged at $0.75/kW, metered at check-in and check-out.



Security Deposit

A refundable deposit may be required before or at check-in (varies by booking platform), charged to your credit card and returned after check-out if all terms are met.



Rental Agreement & Cameras

Guests must sign a Rental Agreement upon booking. Exterior security cameras are in place for guest safety only.



House Rules

- Minimum booking age: 21+

- No smoking (tobacco or cannabis) or recreational drugs indoors — $450 penalty applies

- No parties, events, illegal activity, or loud music after 10 pm

- No unauthorized guests — $65/night + 12% tax per extra person

- No pets, sorry

- No jumping or diving off the balcony into the pool

- Please do not move furniture

- Guests are responsible for any damages or extra cleaning costs

- Government ID may be requested at any time

- Please take out trash before check-out

The owners live on the property year-round. You may occasionally cross paths, but your privacy is always respected.



Interaction with Guests:

We will meet you in person when you arrive and welcome you to make sure you have everything you need. From there, you’ll have complete privacy. We’re available 7 days a week, should you need anything, just send us a message!
