Seashore Villa is a stunning retreat that is nestled in one of the most affluent neighborhoods in the Turks and Caicos Islands. The villa offers breathtaking views of Silly Creek, Taylor Bay,, and the ocean from most bedrooms. Relax by the private pool and beach area, or enjoy kayaking and paddle boarding on the calm waters of Silly Creek.
The villa was refreshed in 2023 with updated bathrooms and a modernized kitchen. Taylor Bay Beach is a 6-minute walk away, and Las Brisas restaurant is a 5-minute drive away.

Grace Bay beach, restaurants, and entertainment area are only 20 minutes away.

Daphny made our arrival seamless--very easy check in and check out. House was perfect for a large family with five bedrooms and four bathrooms. Plenty of room to gather in large kitchen. We loved going to Taylor Bay Beach via path in morning and using the pool/beach at house in afternoon. A must stay with family!

Wonderful trip, personal touches and quick responses from the property manager, Daphne . The “walking path” to Taylor Beach was a little adventurous but the view and snorkeling off the beach was worth it! The villa is secluded, a car rental is a must.

Perfect Oasis

8 of us stayed at this beautiful property to celebrate my sister's early retirement. Communication with our host was top notch. Daphny assisted us with hiring an in home chef for one night as well as making the stay extra special on arrival with flowers and balloons for our celebration. We took advantage of using their other services such as pre-ordering groceries and beverages. As far as the property itself, the 8 of us fit perfectly with room to spare. We were able to having plenty of space inside and outside for congregating and privacy as needed. We greatly enjoyed the extra amenities of the kayaks and SUPs. The living room and dining room were comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped. We did have one issue on the first day with the refrigerator. It was promptly handled within a couple hours. With the beautiful beaches and assortment of restaurants nearby, we were able to stay in our area some days and avoid the traffic and hustle and bustle of the busier touristy areas. I would highly recommend this home and location for a low key vacation with multiple friends or family members. Please note that having a car or other transportation at this location is a must. Big thanks to Daphny, Nate and team for all your assistance and hosting us at this amazing home. We hope to see you again on your beautiful island.

Great family vacation

We stayed with two families and there was plenty of room for everyone. The house was just as described with perfect location near Taylor bay and well stocked. Kayaks, paddle board, beach chairs, toys, beach towels and gas grill were great additions. Communication was excellent -she even offered the villa for an extra night If needed, as we were departing the day of the global IT outage.

Beautiful property

This house was beautiful and plenty spacious enough for our group of 10. The property manager was wonderful with great communication. All my inquiries were addressed quickly. A few notes: 1) Apparently the water company on the island turns the water off at night, so be prepared with bottles/jugs of water. 2) Multiple people in our group received a large quantity (a couple people had over 100) of bug bites when outside at night. We didn’t notice the number of bites anywhere else on the island. I think it was due to the location on Chalk sound (the property is at the end of the sound where the water doesn’t have as much current). One person in our group researched and thinks they were sand flies. 3). The beaches are gorgeous. The closest one we found was Taylor Bay Beach, which is a 10 min walk. It was secluded and has shade available along the edges, which was great. Sopadilla Beach (aka ‘The Fun Beach’) was less than 10 mins by car, and is more populated with bars, food, chairs/umbrellas to rent, and motorsports. 4). Las Barisas is across from Sopadilla Beach and is a great restaurant. They also have pontoon boat rides to Chalk Sound and Iguana Island. They provide snorkeling on the ride as well. The owner was a very sweet lady who treats her customers very well. Overall it was a great property for our group and we were very satisfied!

Paradise

This was our third visit to Provo. While there are countless beautiful spots on the island, our favorite place to stay is Chalk Sound. The house was spacious, clean, had a well appointed kitchen, nice pool, & waterfront access to launch SUPs & kayaks. We even grilled steaks one night from the newly opened butcher. The property manager was kind, communicative, & welcoming. We’d absolutely stay here again on our next visit to paradise!

Everything was great!

We loved our stay at Seashore Villa! The kids (5 and 3) loved the pool and all the pool toys and floats. Daphny was so easy to work with and when we had a smoke detector start beeping she had someone over immediately to change the battery. Taylor Bay is beautiful and so close but the house is a good drive away from shopping, grocery stores and the Grace Bay area but overall we were very happy.

Birthday celebration

We were drawn to the property for the kayaks and paddle boards. The kayaks were not in usable condition. The back rests were in attachable due to corrosion. There was hope in the bottom which caused it to fill w water and become dangerous. There were maintenance issues - there was a leak in the master shower with obvious previous water damage. The ac unit didn’t work at all the last night. The kitchen was poorly stocked for a high end rental - no wine opener. Daphne never responded about the kayaks and never provided a wine opener. It’s a beautiful home and location - but be aware of above.

Amazing Home away from way!!

The house was everything we’d hoped for! Well air conditioned and comfortable for our family of 7. Having our own pool and everything with in close driving distance was perfect! Highly recommend! Pool toys are available, some floats and floaties too. Loved having the kayaks and paddle boards. Beach chairs were great too! The beach is more muddy than sand not able to walk out without getting stuck, jelly fish present but lots of seashells to collect. Beach is a 6 minute drive with side parking right next to the area to walk down. The walking path from the house itself is not good for kids and is 15 minutes to Taylor beach. The beach is beautiful you can walk out so far crystal clear. Sapodillo beach lots of sales people wanting to sell you chairs to sit and they take up almost the whole beach and give you very little spots to bring your own chairs.Drinks are a rip off fake alcohol. Grocery store is 15 mins make sure to be cautious of side streets maps will want to take you on.Lots of side roads are super rocky and muddy. Stay on the main roads. Nicer restaurants on north side of the island, we do recommend bugaloos and Las Brisas. Bring light jackets to restaurants in case it’s windy, it gets chilly. Highly recommend Mangos, Baci, Vita, Indigo, 72 West. Highly recommend a day pass a Somerset resort, the and have showers if you have time to kill before your flight home. The bar/pool side restaurant was amazing and the view too! Arrive to the airport 2 hours early is plenty

Great Location Near Taylor Bay

If you love being close to Taylor Bay, this is extremely convenient. First home on the Silly Creek side, you are a short (<10 minute) walk through a path to the quiet end of Taylor Bay (perfect beach for young kids).

Great Family Getaway

The house was located in a quiet neighborhood overlooking beautiful water. Kitchen was well stocked and beds were comfortable. We had 5 adults and two toddlers and had plenty of room. We enjoyed kayaking and paddle boarding when we were at the house. There were a few things listed as being supplied at the house that were not there. When we asked about them, Daphny went out of her way to get supplies to us quickly. Check in and out was very easy and again, Daphny was quick to answer any questions. We enjoyed the area-Sapodilla Bay was very close by and had a pretty beach area. We have been to Providenciales a few times and this was our first time staying in this area. A car is definitely needed, but everything is easy to get to in a short time.

Great all around

We had a wonderful time at this villa. It was on a quiet street which was nice for a quick walk. The path to Taylor bay was rustic, but such a wonderful beach to spend the day or a couple hours. The rooms were clean. We were able to make some meals, and enjoy the tranquility the house offers. Thank you for a wonderful trip for our group.
