Beau condo 1 chambre 1 salle de bain belle vue sur l'ocĂ©an Ă  la belle et vierge Northwest Point Resort. La beautĂ© de cette station est la tranquillitĂ© et l'intimitĂ© que vous ressentez dĂšs votre arrivĂ©e. Il est bien Ă©loignĂ© de la foule de Grace Bay mais Ă  seulement quelques minutes en voiture de toutes les principales attractions. Le complexe est situĂ© sur un terrain de quinze acres situĂ© Ă  cĂŽtĂ© du parc marin national et de la rĂ©serve naturelle, Ă  15 minutes en voiture de l'aĂ©roport international de Providenciales, des Ă©piceries et des restaurants de Grace Bay. DĂšs votre arrivĂ©e au Northwest Point Resort, vous pouvez ressentir un sentiment d'isolement. Vous serez souvent les seuls sur la plage ou Ă  la piscine. Il y a un grand sentiment d'intimitĂ© mais ce n'est pas pour tout le monde. Beautiful setting! Outdoor (covered porch) , perfect view of beach and ocean! We felt like we had our own private beach! Owner was always quick in responding to messages and gave thorough info about condo, things to do in area etc, prior to arrival. Beautiful place!!

The view from the balcony was fantastic, especially with the full moon. The condo was exactly what I had anticipated, and I would definitely stay there again. The kitchen was well stocked and easy to find everything. The restaurant on site had very good food, that would even be delivered to the condo. The chairs on the beach were super comfortable. I loved being woken up by birds, and no traffic noise.

My week-long stay at this beachfront condo was absolute perfection. The location couldn’t be better—just steps from a quiet, powder-soft beach with amazing views. The condo was spotless, beautifully decorated, and stocked with everything necessary for a relaxing stay. My husband and I enjoyed staying at Hal's place. Unfortunately, the original property we had booked fell through (due to maintenance), a few weeks prior to our arrival at Turks and Caicos. Hal stepped in and saved the day! He was able to get us in, helped us navigate the change and it was great! The views were amazing. My favorite part was having coffee in the evening and wine at night and the balcony while watching the sunrise and beautiful ocean. The beach and ocean were stunning and just a few steps away. 90% of the time I was the only one out there. Almost every day, we were able to watch the kite surfers. Too fun!The condo itself was nice, clean, comfortable and extremely well stocked. We didn't lack anything.As others have said, the propery is REMOTE and the drive is quite bumpy. You will be about 30 mins from everything, but it is well worth it if you like quiet, uncrowded beaches and pools. The complex was gated with a security guard at night and I saw him patrolling the grounds often. I would choose this property again because we like the remoteness, the quiet and when we started using the beach front drive (instead of the highway) we enjoyed the drive.

Secluded

First, we very much enjoyed our stay. For clarity and expectations even after reading reviews, the unpaved road to the resort is much bumpier than expected. There is nothing from the last paved road to the resort, so a flat tire or any trouble would be unsettling, especially at night as it is very dark. An SUV is ideal. Our “midsize” rental was not equipped for the road. It is 30 minutes from anything “in town”. No less than 25 to the IGA. The unit is very clean and comfortable. Pool area is nice. Landscape is beautiful and well groomed. Beach is not very powdery and there was a lot of seaweed on the beach, not in the water, but you can walk forever and it is very private. The view from the balcony is lovely!

Quiet beach location

We enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean, spacious and comfortable. Views are amazing. We liked having 2 full bathrooms so we could each have our own. The unit smelled of mildew when we arrived but it quickly disappeared with the dehumidifier that was running. It did need to be emptied a few times a day. The pool is great. Food stand on property was only open a few hrs during the weekend with limited options. The beach area was never busy and we never saw more than 2 people at a time on the beach. The beach and water did have a lot of seaweed, more so than the other beaches we visited on the island, but it was still nice. There are several beaches to visit with the option to rent an umbrella and chairs and you can use resort restaurants and restrooms in Grace bay beaches. The long dirt road to condo is a bit bumpy and dusty so I definitely recommend renting a jeep or suv.

Wonderful stay

We had a wonderful stay here at the property. It is very well stocked with everything one may need for a comfortable stay. The beautiful balcony looks out into the ocean and gives a beautiful view of the sunrise. The pool and hot tub are clean and well maintained. The manager was clear in his communications and graciously allowed us to check out later than the standard check out time as our flights had to be changed. One definitely needs a car to drive back and forth from the grace bay area as this is quite secluded. But that was a selling point for us, as we were looking to stay in a quiter area. All in all amazing place and we would love to be back here.

Private piece of paradise

We thoroughly enjoyed our 9 day stay at the condo! Reading prior reviews about it being remote was a selling feature to us, yes you need a car rental but in the long run for our family a rental is more economic than taxi rides. We enjoyed seeing all of the island but especially loved returning to the quietness of this resort. Nothing beats sipping a mai tai from the bar/restaurant under the umbrella on the beach and taking in the views. Our first day there we saw several turtles and a sting ray and fish steps from our room! The condo was comfortable and just as described. We also enjoyed most meals oceanside from our balcony which was such a bonus! The landscaping of the property is also incredible. A definite must!

Spectacular View, nice condo, clean and comfortable. Resort was nice, restaurant a plus - great Pina Coladas!!! A little off the beaten path - but was expected per previous posts. Directions provided were point on, as I didn't have cell service the first day. Definitely recommend and would stay again.. Thank you!!

Perfect for us

Quick note - I would highly recommend getting at a minimum size SUV to drive to this property. The roads are terrible. I actually had of that entire had to have Hertz come out and fix the tire while we waited. OK onto the property.This is a high-end condominium property away from all the hustle and bustle of the city. This property allows for queen size bed, and a double pullout couch for a total of four if necessary. The kitchen is fully equipped almost everything you need is at the property. The property has a perfect beachfront along with a resort style pool in between the two buildings. We were lucky enough to relax outside near the pool before our flight. They have a small kitchen restaurant and drinks bar on the property, which worked perfect for us. I would highly recommend this affordable property for small families.

Provo vacation

Beautiful property with fantastic views. You can watch the sunrise from the balcony. The beach is steps away. The pool is freshwater and most days there are very few people around. The location is very quiet and relaxing. We wanted to stay away from the crowds at grace bay and this place was perfect.

Beautiful unit with amazing views!

We had a wonderful stay in this unit. Owner was great with any communications we needed. Excellent recommendations made for local restaurants, beaches, and things to do. The resort was very clean and great seating options for either enjoying the pool or ocean views. On site restaurant was a bonus. I would definitely recommend!

Very good place to get away

Very nice and immaculately kept resort and not too far out of the way. Gives excellent privacy and is just a short drive to the busier areas of the island. Hal was a great host. Very in touch with his customers should any issue arise. Zero complaints. Great vacation here.

Amazing View

We could've stayed on the balcony for days. Beautiful bright condo, incredible views, great layout, large bedroom and bathroom. The grounds were beautiful! The beach was amazing. Loved having the restaurant open for a couple of days. Hals customer service is great! He always gets back to you quickly and the check in instructions were so helpful with great tips to help us during our stay.

Beautiful and Relaxing!

My husband and I stayed for a week and it was amazing! We loved having breakfast on the patio every morning and enjoying the view and ocean breeze. The property, pool, hot tub, beach access was all wonderful! We look forward to visiting again in the future.

Remote Retreat

Northwest Point Resort is a lovely contained retreat spot, as long as you are prepared to be at quite a distance from everything else. We found the unit to be just what we needed, complete with lovely ocean breezes. Be prepared to plan for and/or pack in food/supplies. The pool is lovely and the beach setting too - a great spot to watch the kite surfers or walk and collect coral and shells. Hal left great information and suggestions for restaurants, grocery shopping, etc. Super helpful. Enjoy!

Own your slice of heaven

This property is 15-20 mins away from all other beaches in TCI and the solitude it provides is remarkable. Literally I saw no more than 10 others on the beach any given day. My wife and I were the only ones at the pool as well.

A Quiet Get Away

First of all, Hal, our host was absolutely fantastic. So quick to respond when we had an issue at check-in, and let us know of a water issue in our building as it was happening. He also gave us a 5 page list of details about the property and other best places to go on the island. Our unit was clean, updated, and provided everything we needed for our stay. The views from the balcony were great as we enjoyed breakfast every morning. The resort itself is quiet and removed from the busy tourist areas. Yes, it’s a drive into town to go to the restaurants and other tourist areas, but it was just what we were looking for. Plenty of beach and pool chairs, umbrellas, and quiet for the whole week. If you’re looking for a place away from the tourist areas, this is it. Highly recommend!

Paradise

This property is perfect for people seeking a remote, gorgeous, tropical experience. The condo is well appointed, spacious and clean and a tiny walk to the most beautiful ocean in the world. There is also a pool and hot tub in the complex. If you like to explore, the property is on the border of a beautiful, tropical national park, with a sandy trail that winds across the northern tip of the island to the northwest point. Our favorite part of this experience was the solitude of the location— approximately six miles from any touristy hubbub— but only six miles, so you can easily get to restaurants, Grace beach, etc. You must rent a car, but it is completely worth it. We had a glorious visit!
