Condo identique aux photos. TrĂšs propre. Avec tout ce dont on avait besoin. À 7 minutes de GrĂące Bay. Avec le chariot, les chaises et le parasol fourni, c’était parfait. Nathan a Ă©tĂ© trĂšs proactif et rapide Ă  nous aider, dont avec des clients trĂšs bruyants Ă  l’étage supĂ©rieur. En 5 minutes, le silence est revenu! Merci our tout Nathan.

This condo was beyond perfect. Great location. walking distance to shopping, restaurants and the beach. I loved that it was fully stocked with top quality items! I would highly recommend you to stay here. Especially if you don’t want the crowded busy vibe of a resort. Very peaceful and yet so close to everything.

This VRBO stay was exceptional. I would say it was the very best of everything over any other stay I have ever booked through any company. It was SPOTLESS! When I say I am OCD with germs you can take that very literally and I struggle to stay most anywhere at least a little bit this place was truly perfect! The floor was so clean that I could walk barefoot on it all day and have clean feet at the end of the day.The location could not have been more perfect. Within Walking distance of everything. Truly- amazing. The host Nathan was very good at responding to anything and the whole stay was made perfect because of this VRBO. I wouldn’t even consider looking around next time- I would just go straight to this one and book!!Absolutely perfect!!

This little jewel was the perfect getaway and we definitely rebook. Our host, Nathan, was responsive and helpful with all of our questions. The unit was very clean and provided everything you could possibly need during your stay. There is an in unit washer/dryer, products for the shower and kitchen sink, beach supplies (including a wagon to haul your beach supplies). The kitchen was fully stocked with any pot or pan you may need to cook a wonderful meal. Locate was great - secure, quiet and a short walk to the beach. Grocery store is around the corner as well as many great restaurants. The close proximity to a resort made it easy to catch a ride from our excursion hosts. A good time was had by all!

Exceptionally stocked home, very clean and just as described in photos. The host, Nathan, was extraordinary to work with. He was very receptive and answered all my questions very promptly. I would highly recommend this condo for your next visit to Turks. The location is within walking distance to restaurants, beach and shopping. Very safe area in a gated complex. Pool was hardly used by others and felt like we had the place to ourselves.

THE BEST!!! Nathan’s place had everything you want and need above and beyond. Very spacious, great location, clean, comfortable beds and pillows, superb communication. When we come back, we will definitely be staying here. It was just fantastic. I can’t rave about it enough actually super close to the beautifulbeach(some properties will say they are close to the beach, but not). We stay at different places every year we come to TCI and this was by far the best you have to book it.

Good value

The condo is great. I had 2 complaints. The AC did not work very well and kept turning up at night while we were sleeping and we would wake up sweating in bed. And the couch in the living room is not very comfortable. The beds were great. Good location. Walking distance to the beach, shopping, and restaurants.

This place was more than just what it was listed as. It was clean, communication was great. The walk to the beach was actually less of a walk through trees then I anticipated. And directly connects to the road that leads toward the beach public access. So very ideal if you are not staying on the beach. For our young but respectful kids, this was a nice vacation in comparison to the many trips we have done. We had enough to do to keep them and us entertained and to enjoy the island. But yet not too much that we actually enjoyed plenty of relaxation, sunshine, the ocean and the pool! The patio was excellent as well. Coffee in the morning and late night we sat and played games out there. This was an excellent place for our family of 4!

Great Condo, Great Location

Check in was flawless. The condo was very well appointed and clean. Great screened in back porch which was a great place to congregate to decide the day's activities. This condo is very close to the major resorts (dinner) and Grace Bay Beach. We walked over to the beach on NYE and watched the best fireworks show we'd ever seen! Walking distance to shopping, restaurants, liquor store, grocery store. We highly recommend!!!

Short stay

Property listing accurately describes the unit and location. Overall the unit was nicer than the photos. Everything was extremely clean and all appliances were in excellent working condition. Location: centrally located, extremely convenient - easy walking distance to the beach, grocery store, restaurants, shops and car rental agencies. Nathan was very responsive and flexible host. Check-in and check-out process were simple.

Perfect stay in paradise!

This place is even better than pictures! Perfectly located and within walking distance of major restaurants and lounges. All appliances worked beautifully and the outside patio was the perfect way to start our mornings. The only comment I would make in terms of making the stay more comfortable would be to bring lots of bug spray. The mosquitoes in the area are pretty aggressive. Luckily, the outside patio is completely protected but the rest of the island would highly recommend (this is a given for any tropical destination). Otherwise, the place was completely clean and the amenities are unbeatable. Looks nicer than a lot of hotels in Turks. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

The ABSOLUTE BEST place to stay on the island!

I can't believe we found this treasure online! It's the perfect location. It's walking distance from the grocery store, walking distance from some great eateries, and walking distance to the beach! Nathan allowed us to check in just a bit early because we had a really early flight. He was always available to us if we had questions. But, can I tell you about this condo and how immaculate it was? It's safe, BEAUTIFUL, clean and felt very private. We went swimming on the premises every day and we were nearly by ourselves most of the time. When the neighbors did come to swim, they were so friendly and welcoming. I pray that when I return to Turks and Caicos, this place will be available. It's a MUST stay!

Most relaxing beach vacation !

The location of property was great , at walking distance of grace bay beach and shops Check in was very clear and fast Large room and closet space modern setting with Large showers Kitchen and rooms fully equiped with brand new cookware and appliances Pool area is nice very quiet during our stay I highly recommend and would book again if i were to come back
