Brise de Mer, c'est en fait deux villas, qui peuvent ĂȘtre louĂ©es conjointement ou sĂ©parĂ©ment. La conception des villas complĂšte et se fond dans les environs de Brise de Mer, qui sont les plages de sable blanc et les eaux turquoises scintillantes de la cheville.

Les villas Brise de Mer sont situĂ©es sur la plage de Long Bay, nommĂ©e l'une des 10 meilleures plages insulaires du monde par Conde Nast. La plage est l'endroit idĂ©al pour se dĂ©tendre; pour les plus Ă©nergiques, des sports nautiques comme le kitesurf, le kayak et la voile sont proposĂ©s. Quel que soit votre choix, le Shore Club se trouve Ă  15 minutes de marche le long de la plage de la villa, oĂč des bars et un restaurant gastronomique sont au menu.

Les clients de Brise de Mer ont l'embarras du choix. Comme si la plage de Long Bay ne suffisait pas, la célÚbre baie de Grace est à moins de trois kilomÚtres, avec un éventail de restaurants, bars et boutiques de luxe pour tenter le visiteur le plus exigeant.

Dream Vacation

Absolutely stunning villa in an absolutely stunning location. We'll definitely come back here. Very clean, had everything we needed. Kids loved the pool and we loved that the ocean was right there. So fun watching the kite surfers. Very close to grace bay and all the restaurants, etc, but away from the hustle and bustle. Feels like you're on a private beach. We got in a bit later than expected (almost 9 pm) but the owner arrived within minutes and gave us a tour of the house, etc... super kind and welcoming. Highly recommended!

Amazing, Incredible stay

This property is exactly as advertised. Accurate listing. Beach is essentially private, with incredible access. Sunrises are fantastic. The house is immaculate, fully furnished, including washer dryer and full kitchen. The outdoor showers are amazing. Staff was incredibly responsive. Someone even groomed our beach every day. I cannot recommend this place enough if you are looking for a secluded or private getaway vacation. 5/5 stars

Fantastic Vacation

We have vacationed in a lot of different places, from Mexico, Florida, Costa Rica along with other places. This place is by far the best place we have ever been. The people are super friendly, restaurant options and food are great. The Villa is in a quiet location and is super nice. It has everything you could need and is super well maintained. We had a rental car which is pretty much a necessity if you are staying anywhere on Long Bay. The supermarkets and restaurants are all a very short drive and easily accessible. I can say enough about how nice the house, beach, location and the island itself are. The water is out of this world and is like no other location I have vacationed. I highly recommend this property.

Long weekend in Long Bay

I cannot rave enough about how awesome our stay was at Brise de Mer. From the moment we arrived we felt welcomed like VIP. The property is incredibly well maintained and very well stocked. The views from the inside and out are SO BEAUTIFUL! We loved watching the kite surfers glide by the house. We rented jet skis nearby and rode them out to the ship wreck and to Captain Oak's Floating Tiki Bar. The water is so clear and just steps away from the back door! We will for sure return soon!

We loved the property and had a wonderful time with our family.

We were greeted by the host, met the kind and thoughtful team who maintained the property and spent 5 days relaxing in the beautiful Turks and Caicos villa. We loved the private setting and breathtaking views. Everyone in the family thinks we should return for another stay.

This Bella is absolutely top notch! The concierge was able to put excursions for us, and give us information about the island and where to find services. Footsteps to the beach, our own private, pool, and luxury accommodations. Cannot say enough good things! The island is hands-down, the most friendly place we have visited, possibly ever. The water, the weather, the smiles, the laughter, this is the whole package. And! We had a chef make us dinner in the villa one night that was absolutely sublime . 11/10 will 100% return

First time at Turks and Caicos

This was an amazing location that provided both privacy and easy availability to the tourist activities one would want access to. The home itself was well appointed and was wonderful w a private pool and direct access to the beach. I would highly recommend this property to anyone who wants to experience The island, but does not need, or perhaps want, the “resort” atmosphere.

Long Bay Retreat

We frequently use VRBO for our vacation stays. The Brise De Mer was even better than the photos on-line. Everyone we interacted regarding the house with was friendly & made us feel at ease. Shanna, the leasing agent was highly responsive in the few instances we needed help. The island is easy to navigate even though you drive on the left side. What a fantastic place to stay!

Beautiful home few issues

House was as it appears in photos. Beach and pool were very nice. Quiet neighborhood and we enjoyed it very much. House needed some repairs when we arrived. Neither safe was operational, Master bedroom door latch broken and had to put suitcase in front of door to close at night. Limited linens for a weeks stay. We wanted to spend time outside on patio in evening however the red ants under the table were relentless and made it uncomfortable.

Amazing Villa close to everything you want

Villa was beautiful, just as pictured even better. Views were amazing, villa was clean, well appointed from linens to the kitchen. Requested paddle boards which were delivered to the villa before out arrival. TKCA greeted us and showed us around on arrival. Concierge service was awesome at prestocking the fridge and arranging for personal chef. The property looks brand new and was immaculate. The location is perfect for easy access to downtown and all the surrounding local amenities. We will be back.

Perfect in every aspect

We usually don't repeat vacation locals but will be returning to this property. Exactly what a vacation needed to be. Property is nicely maintained with lovely views and private. Kitchen was well equipped and the house was bright and had a great layout. Property manager was extremely easy to work with and we had no issues during our stay. We will be back.

Bliss on the beach

The villa looks exactly like the photos, it appears to be brand new. The kitchen is very well equipped. The bedrooms are serene, the beds are super comfy and everything is spotlessly clean. The outdoor showers are truly sublime. The air conditioning works great but because of the beachfront location we enjoyed keeping the living areas open to the outside during the day, the incredible breeze made this a truly magnificent experience. The beach is raked daily by TKCA rentals whose entire staff are amazingly responsive and professional. We are clean freaks so we requested daily housekeeping which they arranged and was performed by a uniformed professional housekeeper who did an amazing job. Travellers should be aware that this is the guest house of a larger villa. The property is planned very well and you have fully separated outdoor areas and the interiors are not linked, but be aware that you can definitely hear the outdoor activity next door. It did not bother us but if you are expecting total seclusion you may be disappointed by this. Depending on how you look at it the location could have positives or negatives, in that it is on a very windy beach, the wind was truly relentless for 5 days while calming down on the 6th day. But, you are right on the beach so its pretty awesome no matter what!

Julie met us at the property and welcomed us and went over everything in the villa. The villa was even more beautiful than the pictures. The beach is steps from the villa and we enjoyed the quietness of the area. We did venture to the other side of the island for dinner which was easy to get to once we got use to driving on the left side of the road. Beautiful villa and fantastic company to work with, communication was easy throughout the whole booking and rental process. We will be back.

Amazing gorgeous beach front home that is even more beautiful in person! The staff was so kind and helpful and provided us with a driver for the weekend. The house is secluded and quiet and never heard the neighbors once! No need to leave the house, it has all amenities you could possibly need, we will definitely be back!

Simply perfect!

Brise de mer met and exceeded my expectations. The villa is new (2 years old?) and in excellent condition. The photos accurately represent it: it looks spectacular, and it really is. You just kind of melt when you enter the house and the incredible turquoise of the sea and the warm breeze carries you away. I was happy never to leave the property. We rented the smaller, 2 bedroom guest house. Even though another party rented the main house, we had total privacy. We were two couples and both bedrooms were complete with outdoor showers, the main difference being one bedroom faced the beach (and the rising sun) and the other was on the side of the house and did not have the view. The kitchen was equipped with super high quality products (All Clad pots and pans, Laguiole steak knives) and was a cooks dream. The outdoor space was perfect. I was happiest on a lounge chair gazing out on the impossibly blue water. The villa is an easy 20 minute drive from the airport and maybe 10 minutes to Grace Bay (for dinners out). For New Yorkers wanting a quick, easy and luxurious weekend getaway, this is your ticket. I fully intend to return!
